From the 1st call to the actual service, this is truly a 5 star company. Margo Beard send me an application (business) to fill out on a Friday, I didnt send it in until the following Wednesday, Ms Beard call me back that same day and schedule a technician the following morning. Thursday morning, I got a call from the technician that he was outside the building. Within minutes he had the door operating. I highly recommend DCS

We had an awesome experience at this restaurant. We liked the nice atmosphere and the food. The waiters are super welcoming. I am happy we ultimately decided to visit this place.

Very professional company. They offer AAADM certification in Ben Wheeler, Texas. The instructor I had was Ben, he is an incredible teacher with years of experience. The techs who work here all opperate on the highest level of integrity and professionalism. They are all highly educated and are willing to walk you through any questions you might have concerning the automatic doors you are working on, when you are certified through the AAADM program. This is a wonderful place where Ive made numerous invaluable buisness contacts and friends. Come here if your goal is to be the best automatic door tech you can possibly be. Consider it an investment in youre success; both financially and personally. I HIGHLY recomend this company for all of your automatic door needs or questions. They are litterally the best there is, and the easiest on your pocketbook.

I worked directly with Door Controls for many years while I was at another door manufacturer and would recommend DCS to anyone. I am working in a different industry now, but I still think the world of all the folks down in Ben Wheeler.

On 11/26/2018 a technician came to our office to inspect an automatic door. He was there for 1 hour and changed 2 batteries. No mention of price was discussed even though I asked for the cost. An invoice sent indicated that he charged $89.00 x 2 for both his time and service call. The batteries (9 volt), shipping and handling (nothing was ordered), time spent, service call and gas were all rolled into one price..$215.55. This was absurb! At the time of the appointment, the cost should have been discussed. I will never do business with this company again, nor recommend them to the other doctors in the building.

Don't recommend working here. Management will lie to you to get you through the door then act like you've been breaking the rules 4 weeks later. Would rate 0 stars if possible

I have Been using Door Controls since early 2001. Nothing but great service and parts from these guys. been down to Ben wheeler and i must say its one of the most impressive operations out there!
