Wasn't a cluster or too busy at 0800 when I arrived. Took them a while to get around to giving me a door and get loaded. Maybe here 4hrs. It's true about entering on easy st to get sight side into the staging area then go down the yard and flip around to get sight side for the doors. Get a long, shallow set up for the doors and it's not a bad backing.
This place is first come first serve...they'll try to get you out asap...awesome place...
Always has been one of the best shippers in the country. The professional way they get drivers in and out with a good attitude doesn't come by accident I believe. I've hauled a few dozen loads a year out of location for years. I was shocked the first time years ago when the owner of the company this size came to my truck and said "I want to thank you for bringing this frieght". He said there was hot coffee and restrooms inside and shook my hand.Then, I watched him go by other trucks. Over last 10 years or so I've personally seen this repeated on 3 occasions. A few years ago, I had a particular issue with one supervisor, so I asked to speak with Don maybe a month later. Told him the concern and noticed the change that he said would be address. Great place. It would make everyone's lives,drivers and shippers alike less stressful if Don 's model of operation was followed. I expect this would be a great place to work as well.
I had an open appointment, in n out in 1.25 hrs. Not bad at all.

Staging prior to being loaded is inadequate. Excessive wait time to get loaded. California loads typically overweight on rear axle, must return for rework.
Ugh. Its hit or miss here. Nice folks, laundry, break room available. Vending.

Well so far if your late ,they will work you in. I had a window to pick up and didn't get the load till 2 hours into pickup time. Trailor has to be clean and precooled -10.. only have a certain amount of doors they use to load trucks the rest are dropped trailors...slow slow slow.. don't be in no hurry to go anywhere. After its a zoo..

Pretty fast in and out time for a LUL, docks are a little tight and if you come in from the south entrance you will be forced to blind side into the dock, always make sure you come into the East entrace to avoid this.
Got unloaded quickly even though they were very busy

Extremely congested. But I was loaded at my appointment time. Only took an hour. paperwork a few minutes longer. Has staging system but it's tight tight tight.

Went in to get unloaded early. In a dock In less than an hour. They unloaded me extremely fast.

Make it simple. Run forest run.. in time i got to like this place. After getting to know the routine. I enjoyed coming here.
Absolutely horrible experience. They are absolutely clueless on how much their product weighs. Bills said 44,000 lbs and I was 3,500 lbs overgross. That means with my equipment the actual weight of the product was almost 48,000 lbs. Waste of time scaling out, coming back to cut load and return to scale hoping they did it right. Ridiculous.
Not very friendly here unless you re a regular. They are in no hurry to load you and make that obvious. Only reason they get two stars is because of the free overnight parking.

Not a bad experience, loading went good out before my appointment time.
Always very fast loading. In and out only in 1 hour and for frozen loads that s normal. The shipping office guys are very kind and helpful. You have to back up to blind spot side or make a sharp u-turn if possible. They have restroom in office but now they closed it bcoz this pandemic. Overall good experience and yes sure I ll come back here again
No standby parking, took 6 hours to load, and an additional 20 mins just for paperwork. Needs to work on their efficiency

Drop and Hook for Tyson Drivers. Load is usually ready when they say it is.
Only down fall to this place is not much room to park, or maneuver, got here @1315 for a 1500 appointment, loaded by 1430, and they said I can park here for my break since I'm out of hours. Over-all..Pretty good experience
get here by 7:30am and they took 4hours to load now waiting for paperwork from last 40min
Refrigeration year-round, always cold LOL, especially during the winter months, but a great place to work. Nearly always has a easy-going atmosphere amongst the fellow coworkers
Enter off Easy Street. That'll put you on sight side to back in parking area to go Check in. Check in is the building with all the windows. Has sign can't miss it. FCFS place so of you get here at 07:00 you'll be out fairly quickly. Come later (giggity) and you'll be lost in the shuffle and be chilln all day.
Side note:
You can enter off of 94 but then you will have to blind side into parking area and if it's busy you're gonna be looking like a rookie.

Fast load. Had no trouble entering by Easy Street, allowed for sight side backing into staging. Plenty of room when you get a door to pull out and right then back up, or go down the way and turn around. Friendly staff, overnight parking available.
I think this place hires illegal aliens. It needs an ICE raid.
Very friendly staff at check in. Loaded pretty quick once assigned a door.
I was put in a door right away, then sat for nearly 5 hours to get loaded. Fifteen miles to the nearest Cat Scale. Over weight. Had to go back to have the load reworked. Been here for over an hour and still waiting on a door to get legal.
Just an F.Y.I. If you would prefer trucks not enter at a certain access point, the wise thing to do would be put a sign up stating that and offer an alternate.
When that's not an option you could always throw sarcastic remarks, it's a technique used by many people regularly when they otherwise have nothing intelligent to offer.

Everything went nice & smooth, I was in & out get loaded in about 1h 15m that's including check in & waiting for a door. The staff was great, very attentive & patient.
Great facility very quick live load in and out under 45 minutes.
Easy to find . No gate guard to deal with . Nice guy in the office. Uneventful. Just the way it should be. In and out fast.
