Great clean clinic. Dr. Cheng is wonderful, caring, and listens to the needs and concerns if his patients. I've been going here now for over a year.

The Front Desk assistant was unbelievably terrible! I called this Saturday morning to ask about the COVID-19 vaccine, the guy who answered the phone with an old and vague voice spent almost 5 minutes trying to understand my simplest question, and he used another 5 minutes to tell me a bunch of irrelevant and useless nonsenses of which I could hardly understood. Then all of a sudden, he cut off my line!!! He was the worst of the worst healthcare worker I have ever talked with! If you do not have any medical knowledge, fine! But please do not waste client's time for nothing!

I was going to choose Dr Ali, when my last and greatest doctor, Jane Berka, retired. I can honestly say that I can't stand now going to this clinic. My doctor, Dr. Taruch, has the personality similar to a Gestapo soldier in World War two. I am actually scared to go see him. He has insulted me a few times, and instead of looking at
my face, I believe he thinks perhaps my chest has eyeballs and an opinion. I feel rushed a stupid when I go here. I'm actually compromising my health because of this place and thats not a good thing! He has no bedside manner and never listens to one thing that you say..!!

can't believe that Dr. Cheng refused twice to give myself and my husband (who is over 200lbs) a blood test even after we told him that we have never had any physical examinations in the past, and we are planning to having babies this year. He told us that other doctors may approve for blood test easily but definitely not him. I do not recommend this newly graduated doctor that's scared of going over on giving blood tests limit. I've cancelled all of our booked appointments and looking for another doc.

One complain I do have is that no one ever picks up the phone. You can to be calling multiple times to get an appointment

Such a rude and hatred Receptionist ,Veronica, in Donmills family health team. 20 wynford drive #200.

I had appointment for my daughter on 4pm. But I got there 10 minutes late. Veronica told me with a frown face while you are 11 minutes late, I put you in schedule to be the last client today. Then more than 9 patients were served, when I ask her for my chance arrival, she told me that she does not give me a chance until every one leave the building. She was acting as taking retaliation from me. By 5pm, Veronica left the office, all stuff left and turned off the building lights, I went to Hoda Aly office and explained I came by 4:10 and you guys even dont have in schedule? Hoda Aly ,the family doctor, said sorry for what happens and served me. So I was so frustrated for the injustice that happened with me. So all other stuff seems to be fine but only VERONICA the receptionist must be replaced from her position to a cleaner job!

I have been a patient at Don Mills Family Health Team since two years ago and I can honestly say it is the best clinics I have ever attended. Dr. Hong is the most caring kind and physician who genuinely listens to you and your concerns and never tries to push you into anything you are not comfortable with. The staff here are all very friendly and professional. If you are hesitating - DONT! Dr. Hong and the team will take good care of you.

Dr. Hoda ali was the worst family Dr I ever had she always on vacation and don't fallow up . Also the customer service is so bad and rude

This review is not for the doctors but for the receptionists. Either they need training or need to be replaced. They are completely rude, unprofessional and have no patience. They always rush on the phone and even hang up when I'm trying to say something mid sentence. When you're calling a doctors office you're not ordering a pizza, you're calling about your health.
Have a little compassion because the patient calling is already worried, nervous and scared about their illness/condition. Have some human decency or don't work in the health care industry.

Who ever that receptionist is and you know who you are...imagine you call a doctors office and you were treated the way you treated me...you would be upset and wouldn't want to go back to that office. You're representing your clinic very poorly...have a better work ethic
