I hired them to install a water line from the road to my house, do the interior hookups and repair and seed my lawn when finished. The line was installed to my home ok. The interior water line did not look like it was installed by a professional. And now it's been well over a month since I requested my lawn be repaired. All I get is lip service. My advice is if you are considering this company...run as fast as you can the other way!!!
Haven't hired anyone yet, was following a Don Huey truck proudly displaying a "TRUMP" bumper sticker. Now everyone has the right to vote for who they want, but when you start and tie your business to a political 'character' you should be prepared for the repercussions.
Slumlord. Allows you to move into an uninspected unclean home. Dismisses a gas leak as no big deal. Keeps security deposit when house was left in better condition than when first rented and refuses to give an explanation of why security deposit was kept. He raised rent by $300 a month. He will badmouth you to possible future landlords, like asking for a gas leak to be fixed makes you a bother to him.
Called and called and called. Never got a callback.
Don't rent from them. They will allow water to flow throughout the house and electrical systems and tell you to just turn off power to house and they'll be out in a few days.
Love these guys, they did a lovely professional job installing my windows. Inside and out, my windows look beautiful! The installers were very easy to be around. Very nice.
