Dominick's Pizzeria Review

Always friendly, delicious and professionally made dishes. It looks like a pizza joint from the outside, but somebody here really cares about the quality of food. Such a treat to have in town!

Absolutely phenomenal. Several stand out dishes and a great dessert. We enjoyed the great hospitality of the staff. They were very friendly and very helpful. Playful and relaxed environment. Highly recommend.

We have ordered pickup and take out several times here and are always impressed. We typically get pizza, but we have had the Italian too and it's very good. We are huge tiramisu fans and their tiramisu is definitely different than a traditional, but in a good way! We would highly recommend if you're looking for a non chain pizza place!

If you are in the West Dundee/Elgin area, or anywhere in NE Illinois, you should give Dominick's a try for Italian food. We started out with a Bruchetta appetizer that was outstanding, all fresh ingredients, crispy bread,and just the right amount of everything. Our meals were delicious and in my case, enough food dinner and two lunches during the week.
Dominick's also has a take-out area for pizza. I haven't tried the pizza yet, but I am sure we will have plenty of opportunities.

Never had a single bad experience at dominick's the food is always great. Not many other pizza/ Italian restaurants even come close!

Satisfactory. Medium thick crust. Kinda flaky, not crispy. Bread flour? Not my preferred stule.

Absolutely love their pizza! Now ate in the resturant and ordered their lasagna....oh so good what a wonderful dinner experience. Staff served well. And the atmosphere is deceiving for a strip mall. Walk in to a classy family Italian atmosphere. Must go check out this gem.

Delicious! Always great service, awesome food. On this visit we had lasagna and chicken picatta. Everything tasted delicious! I recommend it!

I ordered a meat lover's medium pizza. They put way to much pizza sauce. They put crumbled bacon not raw. The bacon was burnt after the pizza was done. I will never order from them. They suck.

Fantastic pizza. All fresh ingredients. Fresh made and baked dough. Soft delicious and chewy. Perfect sauce and OMG the cheese was outstanding delicious and gooey. Small family restaurant. Great service.

Been going here for at least 15 years. Always consistent, delicious, and a great value. Whether dining in or carryout excellent food and service. Also great catering experience.

Tried for the first time when we received the flyer in the mail. Absolutely LOVED the food. Ordered for a second time, and everything was amazing!

I couldn't possibly say enough great things about this restaurant! The pizza is truly great, but for me it's the rest of the menu that will always keep me coming back! The Italian dishes are the best! I love the chicken parm, pollo romano, and the lasagna will change your life. It's a great family run place with terrific service, you will not be disappointed!

Quick delivery. Large portions of fresh tasty food. Chicken Cacciatore was amazing and fed two people with food left over.

Huge pieces by the slice lunch special. Taste is ok but not amazing.

This restaurant has been here for many years, and we have been there quite a few times with the latest being tonight. The dinner salads are just a plate of lettuce with 2 grape tomatoes halves. The entree's are heavy old school style. I thought the Fettuccine Alfredo was good, very rich and filling. My wife did not care for her lasagna because it was too heavy tasting. Our friend that was dining with us did not like the angel hair pasta because he said the meat sauce hardly had any meat in it and had little taste.

The bread was so hard that it was difficult to cut and even harder to chew. My wife thought the olive oil served with the bread tasted cheap.

The service was only average. They had a hard time keeping our water glasses filled. My wife was not offered any more hot water for her tea. There were long periods of time where our server disappeared out of the dining room even though they were not busy.

This is our go to for pizza. We usually carry out but have dined in a few times. Only complaint is that service is a little slow but they make up for it in the quality of their food, both pizza and otherwise.

Pizza is really good, the bread is the best with the hard crust and soft warm inside, and it's just a really nice family neighborhood Italian restaurant!

Just want to say that the female taking the phone order on April 10 at 5:40 pm is excellent. She was so friendly, polite and professional. Just want to point out that as a customer, I noticed.

Love their pizza but also I love the pasta offerings too. Anytime I dine in the restaurant I will order the gnocchi and OMG THE bread they bring out is soooo goood.

Quaint restaurant in strip mall. Excellent food-including pizzas, nice staff and good service.

You have to watch your carry out order. You don't always get silverware or napkins

We first went to Dominick's in 2007 and pretty much haven't had pizza anywhere else since. Their other menu items are really good as well. The restaurant is super family friendly and very lively. The owners and staff are great. Weve probably been there or ordered from there over 100 times have never had a bad experience!

Love this quaint restaurant! The food is delicious, the service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is cozy.
I recommend Dominick's to everyone.

I like this pizza in reminds me of the pizzeria that used to be down the street from my house in Chicago on Higgins Avenue it's the closest I found two Chicago style pizza out here in Carpentersville
