Because of a water leak in my apartment, a fact that has been announced for over 1 year to this management, they decided to start the work after great insistence on my part in the bathroom. Madame Ferreira, who showed enormous negligence and total lack of professionalism, proposed to start the work at the end of January and that from there, every day there would be workers to move the work forward.
The day that was supposed to start bah ... no one showed up! Since then, the workers showed up one day here and one day there, without warning, without giving a follow-up and even worse: a few disembarked and they themselves did not know at all what they were going to do. The work (which is still in progress!) Shows an absolute lack of quality: the walls not straight, opening of a forgotten door, they even had to break the wall twice, already put in place by themselves, because they were wrong (the joke!).
This lady Ferreira has never shown the slightest professionalism and investment in this work, she refuses calls, does not give any news, the few times she answers the phone she says one thing and never does what she does. even proposes ... in short ...
I totally advise against taking this lady to intervene in anyone to do any work.
This lady will have better time to go and do something else ... housework, milk cows ... etc ... anything except occupy a position for which she has 0 skills.

This is honestly one of the poorest service experiences I've had. Switzerland country is amazing, in general, service is good but when it Domicim Lausanne is honestly the worst thing I've experienced since moving here. They simply do not reply to emails and they do not care. I go through the effort of translating my emails to French, I have my colleagues check it to see that I use polite Language, but Domicim does not respond, they do not even acknowledge receipt of my emails. The only exception was when the whole building's heating was out, they replied, but for individual apartments, they cannot be bothered. Not even if it has to do with the safety glass on my balcony.
In the entrance of the building is a letter by Domicim with the contact details and a request to email listed contacts or call. I opt for emails, as it is then possible for me to translate text to and from Domicim. Why have emails as a contact option if it is ignored?
When I moved into the apartment, they promised to fix tiles that were loose, never happened. When I mentioned the loose door handles during check-in, the response was that "the rent of the apartment is lower than the going rate for the area, and that should I want to have the door handles fixed, I would need to be willing to pay CHF600 more per month in rent".

7 October 2020, follow up on oven and request for manager to contact me, no response.

I look at all the replies that Domicim gives to the complaints on Google and how the satisfaction of their customers is their first priority, how a year ago already they are working on improving their service, but honestly, those are all fake replies and lies.

A word of advice, avoid this management like the plague, incompetent, liar, dishonest, does not respond to emails or even to registered letters, I had to wait 9 months for him to release the deposit !!!!

If you need something as a tenant, do not expect a response for 10 days, all to tell you that your request is being processed. It feels like working with robots. Completely incompetent management. They pester you when you need to do something, but you can wait a while for them to do their job. Tenant but above all owner, go your way!
