We buy dinning tables and after delivery we find out they have some problems .we explain they Accept the problem and they promise to fix asap all most 1 months 10 time call and nothing they did

Besides an unexpected delay, I have had a great customer service experience! Charles and Adeline kept me informed during the whole process. It was my 1st purchase with Domayne, but I can say the bed is above the average with good quality and sturdy. Highly recommended, 5 stars post sales, can't go wrong.

I went to Harvey Norman today to buy a new mobile phone for my mother for christmas. The young lady Dorsa who served me was ever so helpful, and made the whole process so easy, she was such a lovely and polite person and Harvey Norman should be proud to have her as an employee.

The matresses are just terrible , either too soft or too hard. I do not think the quality match their price. And they care about their profit way more than customer's sleep.

The first day I went in, I had a rather good experience and ended up purchasing a bed. form them the same day. They had mentioned that there would be some delays -- makes sense during COVID times. However, form there on forth experience was pretty much down the drain! I had to go in every single time to get an update on the delivery progress. Low to no communication from them. Extremely uninformed and uncaring sales reps. Every-time they said they would contact me, they didn't! They're an absolute DISHONEST lot. Will never shop from here again!! Only reason I give a 2 star rating is because the bed quality is really good and the general manager was the only helpful person. What a shame though. The need more training on how to be service to the customer.

Lauren is a customer service super-star! I needed a particular item he efficiently confirmed over the phone was in stock & then politely & quickly located it for me when in-store. I wasn t expecting to find 5 Star service at Domayne. Thanks Lauren, you re a legend

Some great furniture here and helpful staff. Little pricey.
