Doma technology was a wonderful place to work. The managers is awesome. I gave you my best came to work everyday did what was suppose to be done and never had a problem with anybody. But was let go for a lie. Revenge is not mine but Gods. Still love you Clair and Nikki
Pay was nice but was hard work and long hours. Temps were just that. Incredibly expendable. Someone mentioned they needed to hire quality over quantity but they wouldn't reach quotas if that were the case. A lot of employees acted like children and as such we were all kind of treated that way. Was just stress on top of stress.
The culture here at DOMA is second to none, and I believe that without culture it s hard to make progress. DOMA gives me the opportunity to serve, which is a big part of who I am. We get to serve not only our customers but our local communities as well through charity. DOMA provides amazing opportunities to grow, not only as a company but as an individual.
I really do love working here. The people are wonderful. There are so many different personalities each with their own strengths and unique gifts to contribute. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Some great things about DOMA:

> Brand New Facilities - The buildings have open floor plans and are very collaborative. The Seahawk location has free breakfast, arcade games, play stations with VR in the break areas, shuffleboard, lots of monthly activities and game tournaments. The London Bridge location opens soon and will also have a gym.

> Relaxed Atmosphere - a relaxed dress code allows jeans year round, flip-flops in the summer, and casual Fridays. People are accepting and kind - we are a diverse and open-minded team.
> Open Door Policy - management is accepting and available
>Wide Variety of Opportunities - full time jobs with benefits are available at pretty much every education/experience level, there are internship options, and leadership positions. Lots of growth means the company is expanding every year.
There will always be people who are unhappy, and you'll see reviews that reflect that. The production jobs can have long hours when the contracts/customers require, but leadership really does care about providing an environment that is positive, fun, and growing. There can be pressure - like any workplace, but leadership is actively doing everything they can to mitigate and hire more team members to spread out the workload. HR is incredibly welcoming and ready to help anyone who is struggling. We as a team believe in what we are doing and are proud to serve our customers and support each other as part of the DOMA family.
This place is a JOKE. Apply for a job, get called in for 2 interviews. Get the call that you got the job an hour after the 2nd interview only to have to rush to accept the pay that is offered and then promised that once you approve of the hourly rate you will then receive your offer letter. In the meantime, HR has you do your background check and drug test to only have to keep waiting for the Offer Letter. You have to keep calling HR to see what the status is of the Offer Letter only to find out that the Owner has to Approve the Hours. After having to wait a week from the time you were Offered the Job by HR, you find out that the hours were not approved and the Owner decided to reevaluate the job title. This place is a Joke and will never ever get the "Right People" as they put it because they are extremely unprofessional and play games. Don't waste your time and energy to apply for his company. It doesn't know good, professional experienced people if they hit Doma in the face.
DOMA is a company that believes in helping others and building a culture that inspires people to help one another. Great company if you want to grow individually and make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate.

I've been with DOMA for 9 years and have seen a lot of growing pains. I stuck with DOMA through the hard times and we always come out better than before. Executive management has never stopped striving to offer the best customer AND employee experience.
