I am very satisfied with you and you are not expensive compared to other travel organizations.
The first trip I went with was in 2006 and then I went to Tenerife.
I have been together 7 times, of which I had to make one complaint.
In the coming years I will certainly go with you again, if no measures have to be taken, such as with the Coronavirus.

They just leave your child without any form of communication that they are 1 hour earlier back mother soul alone in a city .. is dropped there and saves you. OUTSTANDING THIS IS THE 2nd TIME THAT COMES TO US .. and last time it was 11 PM !!! REALLY BAD

Bad! They promise a lot in the guides (like the trip to the US and then visit Disney, to name just one example ...) and then draw their own plan. They also have outdated / erroneous information on their site, according to them Wet 'n Wild (former water park in Orlando) would still exist a few meters from the hotel when in reality it has become a construction area for hotels. Disney Hollywood Studios is also still referred to as Disney MGM studios (the name has not been borne by the park for YEARS!) To make matters worse, the current Disney Springs is referred to as Downtown Disney.

And that's just the beginning ...

If you have a mild intellectual disability, don't go on a trip with this organization. Parents, guardians, educators, do not send your slightly mentally impaired son / daughter / loved one when traveling with this organization. The volunteers leave participants with a slight intellectual disability to their own devices. There is no question of guidance. The volunteers prefer to spend their holidays themselves and do not look back at the participants of the trip.
