I visited Dolce Salon and Spa for a women's hair cut and style, Sarah C was my stylist. I had concerns about dry damaged hair and she was great at answering all my questions and giving me tips on how to keep my hair healthy and shiny. She hooked me up with a keratin treatment and went over what products work best for my hair type. The service here was super friendly and I felt like I was their only customer! Great experience I will be going here from now on for all my beauty services, and highly recommend to others!

I strongly recommend booking with Allison at the Chandler Dolce. She is highly skilled and continues ongoing education. She is realistic covering several options on how to achieve your hair goals. If you want extensions, I've named her the queen of hair dreams extensions and last but not least a true pleasure and experience. You cannot go wrong with Dolce a!

I have been going to Dolce since 2004, it has always been the best Salon and Spa I have ever been to! I will always be a faithful client and will always recommend them to friends and family. Nett has been doing my hair now for the past few months and it's been so nice find someone that understands the issues I have with my hair. She is amazing! Always makes the best recommendations and does an amazing job!

I had a great combination massage this past weekend. Anton was the massage therapist, and he did a fantastic job. He asked if I had any concerns, any areas for him to focus on or any areas to avoid. I loved the combination massage because it utilizes traditional Swedish massage techniques, deep tissue and hot stones. In addition, I love being able to pick out a specific lotion - the coconut is amazing. This massage was the perfect start of a great, relaxing day!

Always a great experience. I only get my hair done art Dolce with Ioana and I get compliments on my hair months after done. I had a pedicure and loved it. I also did a massage and it was one of my favorites. The facial I had was pretty incredible and it was only a mini facial. Hands down love it free touch up makeup after hair or free blow out after any service also!

Love this place! I have been faithfully coming to Dolce Salon and Spa for over 8 years and have NEVER been disappointed with their services. They're stylists are enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. They are always on top of the most popular new trends. My favorite Chandler stylist, Adrianna, is a gem! I've NEVER been more disappointed in my hair after getting it done. I was seen by Isabel at the chandler location. I was very specific with what I wanted and felt like it was very reasonable. However, I got nothing that I asked for and everything I told her not to do. I don't leave reviews very often but I can't let this one go. I went in with hair that hadn't been dyed in 5 months. My hair was my natural color at the roots and just the ends had faded to a warm yellow from being brightened months earlier. When I went to see her I asked for a few things. I said 1. I don't want any warmth. I want it toned very cool and very ashy. 2. I want to go brighter, I want to go blonde. 3. I want my roots to stay my natural color for easy grow out. 4. I don't like the look of some balayage and things where there is big brown gaps or chunks of hair that weren't dyed. What I got...... after fourrrr hours I gottttt my hair looking EXACTLY how it did when I came. I was pissed. She did a root shadow up too to a shade darker or two than my natural. I don't know why. I asked for the top to stay the same!! She "toned" my hair but I don't know with what because it was yellow as ever if not more. I had the ugliest highlights. For being brand new there was a horrible line a centimeter away from my part. And they were terribly spaced and I had those big chunks where she didn't high light anything. My hair was a mess. I was maybe half a shade brighter, not at all what I asked for or anything close to what I showed her a picture of. Had darker roots, yellower hair, and chunked and missed spots. I didn't know what to do. I had to just nod and walk away because I was scared if I talked I would cry. I've gotten my hair dyed from a box myself and gotten better results. Dolce needs to be careful with who rents their spaces. Or needs to offer a mediator type person to listen in on consultations. That way they know clients are getting what they asked. Nothing I asked for was done. And it's hard to do anything about t because since the hair stylist has a certificate they "obviously" know what to do and what will look good. She kept saying things completely different after what I would ask for. She also kept commenting on how my hair was so good for having been under sick turmoil from getting my hair done in the past. Even though I've dyed my hair like 5 times in my entire life.

Honestly if I had one good thing to say. It's kind of impressive that someone can spend 4 hours with chemicals to result in nearly no changes at all. Haha my hair looks exactly the same except for the streaky highlights near my roots that she added. Terrible. I'll add some pictures to my profile. I'll add a pic of my hair before (in blue dress) , a pic of what I said I wanted, and a pic of my hair after. Including a picture of the line from my highlight the MORNING AFTER and a pic of hair hair now 3 weeks later (in the dressing room). . After no grow out there was always a line so far down. :(((( notice how much warmer and streaky and chunky my hair is.

One of the best - if not THE best - salon and spa in the Valley. Have regularly scheduled at the Chandler location various services and have booked a full spa day on more than one occasion. Warm, friendly staff, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Every technician, from massage to nails is highly skilled, courteous and knowledgeable, and listens to your questions, concerns and requests. Have been going for a number of years, and plan to remain a loyal customer!

Loved my service with Liz! I was greeted, given a drink and sat in a posh waiting area for about ten minutes. Liz looked at the pictures of the cut I wanted and consulted me before she washed my hair, which I appreciated.
When she did wash my hair she used the perfect water temperature and had great scalp rubbing technique. She cut my hair and styled it exactly as I requested.
Why the 4 stars? She had a different stylist do my undercut design and it isn't exactly. Like the picture. But that isn't Liz's fault. She was great!
