I purchased docuware through one of their partners and was promised a certain end result and signed a three year contract. What was delivered was not what was expected and we ended up scrapping it due to low usability with the program we were using. I could not get a refund, not even a partial refund. Don't commit to anything with them. Month to month is best so you can.get what is promised.
