Shockingly shoddy service that I m actually stunned this is allowed in the UK. The nurses were rude then payment services are appalling. It is like the financial part of the company does not have any clue about the testing area. There are no itemised bills, which is appalling as you are charged for tests that are not conducted. This is a cowboy company who need reported to Trading Standards.

Brutal. Misinformation from the outset which resulted in a mad panic to get tests done in time. Then, results got lost somewhere as they were sent by normal post. This despite them containing highly sensitive, personal information. TDL refused to send to a personal email but were comfortable sending them Royal Mail so the world could have access!! Even though we had issues with the results, amazingly enough we received their invoice straight away. Definitely would not recommend and would suggest you seek an alternative provider.

Absolutely disgraceful service. It never takes less than 30+ minutes to get a hold of someone on the phone and the losers at the switchboard are arrogant and unhelpful. They appear to take pleasure in being incompetent and hanging up the phone on people at will. Truly shocking that this pathetic staff have anything to do with people's health. A disgusting nightmare to deal with at every turn. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Poor service. Sent swabs off and received nothing back. 5 emails chasing it up were ignored. They replied to a 6th saying they sent it so they were closing the case with a please do not respond message in the email. Awful. Do not use.

I regularly go for blood tests to check hormones in good condition (I am over 50 so preventative) and this clinic which was recommended by the functional clinic is super fast i.e. Same day, accurate and gets the job done no fuss. I don't have an appt but just turn up, am seen in 5 mins, give 2 tubes of blood and done. They bill the functional Clinic. Think it's amazing.

I had a blood test done here and it was the most painless and fast blood test of my life. I was in and out in 15 minutes! This is by far the most fancy doctors I have ever been to. Definitely recommend!

Chris TANALEGA - AVOID. My 1 year old sons blood didn t receive the lab they couriered it to within 48 hours so they chucked the sample away (a lot of blood was taken) they then told me this after 5 WEEKS and just said the result is inconclusive and we need more blood. They tried to hide the error and took 5 weeks to tell me. Those 5 weeks me and my husband had extreme anxiety and depression waiting - when actually we were waiting for NOTHING. Chris completely dismissed me on the phone when I asked why it took so long to tell us this, he mocked me, as a concerned and vulnerable mum. I still haven t had an apology nor an explanation. Please google CHRISTOPHER TANALEGA and report him as he shouldn t deal with babies results and their health. He is on LinkedIn. Avoid at ALL costs. Oh and they still sent us an invoice which we have ripped up and won t be paying. The cheek

Very disappointed about customers services from reception. Many questions no answer. The prices are huge but the service poor. I dont have nothing with the medical service, it was impecabil. After they told me that I will have the result in 4 hours I didn't receive nothing; only after my call after 7 hours they send my result.

Quick and efficient service.

Quick and efficient service.

I went at lunchtime so they were pretty busy but dealt with me and others waiting very quickly. All covid stuff seemed pretty well adhered to. The staff were perfectly pleasant, and the nurse taking my blood was friendly, skilled and quick.

Called number of their website to inquire about COVID test. Got transferred.. Waited for 10-15min for someone to pick up again, and was asked to call my GP. Tried to explain that the GP website said the test is 3 days, and theirs said 48 hrs. I wanted to see how I can get the test result in time for travel, as their time line would work, but not the GP. She then went silence and hung up on me. I found that rude.

Very friendly and accomodating staff, from reception to lab to payment dept. Kudos to Nurse LIA who's lovely and bubbly, drawing my blood so easy and pain free..Happy Birthday LIA...good luck and may the force be with you!

I've been a few times, it's a nice-looking interio...

I've been a few times, it's a nice-looking interior with relaxing decor and the nurses have all been good so far.
The one big criticism I have is I called the patient reception about a result and they said they'd put me through to the "results team". The person on the "results team" was a very arrogant, rude, young man. I'm disappointed that he is allowed to talk to patients so rudely especially in the medical field. If the calls are recorded, I'd love for senior management to give them a listen.

The receptionist who booked us in was not very professional, no welcome, asking details with rudeness, no thanks or please. She European but she need to learn English manners. Secondly, the afrocarrabian nurse who guided myself and my wife did not read the forms, and took me to a phlebotomy cabin with out reading the form, I was booked for another investigation. Staff makes the day for customers and patients, at least at this place reception staff is not trained well and need more input.

Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

In the run up to my blood tests I had questions and it was a nightmare to get them answered. The phone always rings out and people don't answer emails.

I emailed my documents in advance with all the auth numbers and info required to make sure it was quick when I got there, no point, they couldn't even find my email or attachments despite me being clear that time was an issue for my blood test. I had to respond the emails and write all the info in the form (despite it already being provided.

The morning of the tests was unnecessarily stressful. The receptionists all stomping about, loud voices, moaning about being busy and just generally unhelpful / not manning the reception desk and a lack of social distancing and clean pens was an issue.

Finally and this is probably the biggest problem... I had a number of tests requested and 7 vials of blood were taken barely any of the results have been received, I can't speak to anyone on the phone as I can't get through and I have emailed them a number of times in the week but not gonna response.

Shame as this place used to be much better.

I have been here six times, and each time, the staff and nurses have been brilliant. The clinic is amazingly clean and tidy. The blood tests aren t painless, but they are bearable for someone who hates needles. My only gripe was the one blood test taken by a male nurse. Not sure if I needed a women s touch but I requested a female nurse from then on. Compared to the NHS, I have had a pleasant experience. In and out within 15 minutes.

Useless and pathetic service. Samples are lost and turnaround in vital results are too long. Their courier service are never on time and extremely unreliable. If you do find another laboratory to use I strongly reccomend using it. Avoid this laboratory.

Just went today for blood type blood test, really friendly receptionist and helpful, clean, seen within seconds literally. Blood test was painless,quick and easy considering I am difficult to bleed;nurse was great.Awaiting results but I am happy and satisfied with the service thus far. Recommended.Will give final update once I get the final results.
