In the run up to my blood tests I had questions and it was a nightmare to get them answered. The phone always rings out and people don't answer emails.
I emailed my documents in advance with all the auth numbers and info required to make sure it was quick when I got there, no point, they couldn't even find my email or attachments despite me being clear that time was an issue for my blood test. I had to respond the emails and write all the info in the form (despite it already being provided.
The morning of the tests was unnecessarily stressful. The receptionists all stomping about, loud voices, moaning about being busy and just generally unhelpful / not manning the reception desk and a lack of social distancing and clean pens was an issue.
Finally and this is probably the biggest problem... I had a number of tests requested and 7 vials of blood were taken barely any of the results have been received, I can't speak to anyone on the phone as I can't get through and I have emailed them a number of times in the week but not gonna response.
Shame as this place used to be much better.
