The Dockside Property Services team have been very helpful when letting out my home, following my move to France. The new tenant has been excellent and the whole process has been seamless. 5 out of 5 for service and help.

The responsiveness is excellent. Communications and feedback Perfect. Everything was actioned quickly, all the staff were friendly, patient and efficient, easy to get hold of. Plus they explained clearly what the process is and what I needed to do and be aware of every step of the way. I love they way the admin works with the adobe signing no more scanning and emailing files such a great idea. Would definitely use them again.

Spencer and Tiffany are very good with knowing about what is happening in the Medway market. They have now advised me on two separate purchases and both times their advice was superb. I find some agents think they know the local property market but Dockside genuinely do.

We have recently sold our property through Dockside. They were extremely helpful, very proactive and helped us achieve what we wanted from the sale. They care about the people instead of just another sale. Would highly recommend!!! Thank you to Tiff and Jenny who kept us updated and helped us through the whole process!

I had asked in a community group who people have used as letting agents after using a big named one for our first renters in which the services were not so great. People led us to Dockside.
