DOC optical Review

I was satisfied with Doc Optical before the new owners Lawson and Amy took over, however my family and I are very impressed with the service and professinalism with all the staff. Lawson and Amy take their time with you to make sure you are satisfied and will do everything possible until you are happy. I strongly recommend you try this place for eye exam or purchase of glasses or contacts. My husband went to Superstore 2 yrs ago and was very irritated as they messed up his prescription and wouldn't own it and it took weeks before he could get his glasses. I told him to go to Doc Optical and he was so impressed with the service. I took both my kids there too and we are all very happy customers! Check it out! They deserve all the praise!!

Amy and Lawson are great! They make sure to communicate their findings and explain your condition in an easy and clear way. They are super friendly and helpful. You feel like you know them forever. Great service and highly competent. Specially in this unprecedented situation with COVID-19. They make sure to provide the best service without compromising safety by sanitising everything from chairs to glasses to equipments after every patient or customer. I highly recommend them!

I am SO glad i went to Doc Optical now that it is under new management! They recently renovated the entire space and it looks fabulous.
The optometrist DR. Thomas was fantastic and explained why each machine does what it does and how she interprets the results. the eye exam was quick and professional.

Very knowledgeable doctor, pleasant and punctual staff, and a nice place. You will be surprised how much time doctor spends in explaining - from human (eye) physiology to minute details of your eyes' problems/issues and their solutions.

I did feel that my overall bill (exam, glasses, frame, blue screen, etc.) was high, but that I don't hold against Doc Optical. It would be the same, if not more, at other places.
