Former DOC worker, I was encouraged to complain and my complaint is about THE WALBROOK building, the building in which I worked, my complaint is about the injustices that are being committed against my colleagues since they do not dare to report to the manager and supervisor of said building.
1 It is unfair for the CHILD of the manager to start at the time he wants and end at the time he wants, knowing the supervisor and not saying anything and charging the same by putting more hours.
2 A letter was sent to the superior manager with the same result NO CASE, NOTHING
I would like human resources (rr.ee) to interview each one of the building workers and make an assessment.
THERE WILL BE COMMENTS AND COMPLAINTS OF ALL KINDS BUT NOT LIKE MINE.
