Poor customer service. Bad connection between the client and the owner. Help center doesn't react neither in the chat, nor in Skype.
HORROR! Booked an apartment, paid. An hour later, a call from the owner: "This is not an apartment, but a key room. If not suitable, cancel the reservation." I called in Dobovo, they say to contact the owner as he already has the money. The owner directs to Dobovo. After 3 hours they say that to expect a refund of 2 weeks! I will never use it again!
I want to share the bad experience of renting apartments. But I was surprised when the Dobovo company fully returned the money after the video was provided.

So, I booked accommodation on Pushkinskaya. According to the photo, everything is fine with him, but according to reviews that I did not pay attention to, everything is very bad. I always watch reviews, but in this case I had to quickly book. Subsequently, this apartment was hidden from the site search. In general, Valentine's Day began with the cleaning of rented apartments. Since the reservation can be canceled in 7 days, and I booked the day before the check-in, so I can t cancel it in any way.
Bed linen is not changeable, crumbs in bed
The door to the bathroom is broken
Hood in the bathroom gives offensive odor
Everywhere was dirty not cleaned, the glass table was dirty and shabby
No dishes
Mold in the bathroom
The door to the balcony does not open well
The air conditioner does not work like there is no extension cord
The heater does not work because the cord is broken
Of course the evening was ruined, but the refund was offset. Thanks Dobovo, did not expect such a reaction.
For some reason, everyone goes to write reviews when something is wrong ... And if everything is fine, then who will praise?) PS Let there be one review from me personally. To everyone who reads these lines: Dobovo works for tourists and always tries to take the side of the tourist in any issue that is contentious with the owner. We would very much like that when booking, both owners and guests, tourists carefully read the rules and follow all instructions.
