This company would not be a bad place to work, if the supervisors had better managerial skills. I've never seen a company where the managers get caught up in he say, she say, nonsense. At this company, a lie could be told and management will convict you without hearing your side of the story. Also, if you are not in the click or standing at the desk conversating, with the supervisors, then you are subject to be place on the worst jobs or the supervisors will nitpick you about nonsense. The break room and the bathrooms looks very inappropriate for a billion dollar company. I've never seen a place that doesn't have housekeeping to keep the main areas clean. This company should really think about investing in manager training seminars.

This company is completely disgusting. The supervisors are able to harass, belittle, and disrespect its employees freely. and when the employees seek help from the human resources department they are treated like they are in the wrong and as if they are trying to protect the supervisor that does the harassing. These people stick together in their wrongdoing and will very quickly throw you under the bus. When a complaint is made to the human resources personnel the first thing they do is pick at the complaint to try to demean your character and try to place the blame on you. They do not question any witnesses to the offense and will try to sweep it under the rug or tell you that you are overreacting. It is not an overreaction to complaint about being sexually harassed. I have witness and complained about supervisors that have told employees that they are not smart enough to do certain jobs. I have witnessed supervisors sexually harass employees and when the complaints were done those that were involved with the complaints were reprimanded or terminated and the supervisors treated like heroes. The whole human resources department and the supervisors all need to be terminated because they have completely failed this company and all its policies. #METOO

What a joke of a company you got workers that don t do their job asking other employees help them with their work but you ask them to help you with something simple and they say do it yourself what a joke.
