Due to my continue traveling (eventually not this year due to the covid-19 situation) and living in other countries rather than my Native Belgium; I am 100% SATISFIED with the services of DKV. Very quickly response on letter and correct reimbursement of my costs. I love them. Wishes all of your team members who're working with- or on my files a very nice quite Season-Holiday this year. expenses submitted not received by insurance and impossible to find back because pictures/scan taken via the app are not stored on the phone (locally). consequence, i have to fetch a new prescription at the hospital while I can't move because of the operation...

The app is very good to submit expenses but only that. To see payments and other communication, one has to connect to a website with a different password for each users. It is pretty annoying that all operations cannot be done from one place.
On-line tool is Very simple and easy to use! Other services should be just like this!
I've had very good experience with the company. Quick reimbursements, faster than the Belgian health insurance. I got reimbursed for things I thought I wouldn't, but got paid back anyway, which was a relief. It is, however, impossible to contact them. The online form is difficult to use and they take every possible step to hide any contact email address from you ;) something to improve, but at least the reimbursements work correctly.
Convenient and user-friendly App. Would be nice also to see the status of the payments.
May i say, that the DKVapp is very professional and easy to use to sent documents. The response to questions is fast and clear. It helps with the recovering from surgery, when you don't have to stress about getting paperwork in order.
Just got an answer to an email I sent 2 months ago. No apology or anything. Never had to file a claim, but this and all the bad reviews here is not inspiring any confidence.
