I received a boot for my broken toe from my doctor. Several months later, I got a letter from a collections agency claiming I owe DJO Global $50 for the boot. It's $14 on Amazon and I never received a bill. Ends up, DJO had an extra letter in my address and the bills were bouncing back to them. Instead of calling my doctor to get the correct address, they sent me to collections. After several hours of phone calls to the collections agency and DJO, I was able to get this taken care of in January. Then today, 3/25/20, I received a bill from DJO, dated in early February & with my correct address, for $50. They need to get their act together.

6 months ago advertised there for a job advertised by DJO Global Germany. Called three times, three times has the Human Resources HR officer denied (?)? Today an employee is gracious enough to talk to me and explains that DJO is just an American company ..... After these experiences I am no longer interested in working for this company.

The company's Germ War hand sanitizer leaked onto a flashlight in a truck and caused a bad truck fire. There was no warning on the product label about this fire hazard. I tried to call them so they could fix this but was unable to get through to anyone.

I'm wondering if you guys are getting the right and left knee braces next up ACL? I'm looking at an oddly shaped carbon fiber design that sweeps over the top of my leg, instead of basic mechanics following my body lines, allowing the straps sweep with my body shape. It looks like I have a left knee brace on my right leg, but it is labeled for the right leg and ordered for so. It's so disappointing feeling my knee joint somewhat stabilized, but also having it yanked in a contradictory angle is frightening to the productivity I'm aiming for. Please improve your design, especially if you have to get back to the basics and do it better than anyone else.

Ordered 5 liter containers of conductor gel...received 2. When I called to see if two more were on the way, no one on the phone could help me. Kept transferring me to someone else and had to be placed on hold. When they did answer I could hardly understand them. Will NOT order from them again even if the rest of my product shows up. If I did business this way I would not be in business. Its about customer care, since we pay your bills.

Zero stars if it were possible. Company failed to identify as 3rd party distributor inside Rady's orthopedics. Company failed to disclose cost of product. Company promoted needless product and used high pressue sales during medical crisis. Company chooses to charge 4x retail value to insurance "because we can." (literally what I was told on the phone) resulting in excessive charges to the consumer. They are running an unethical scam and medical centers like Rady's Childrens are enabling it. Steer clear.

You would think that this company would educate the medical professionals who apply their products to patients , especially after surgery, to do it correctly. I had shoulder surgery and my sling was completely the wrong size, they did not include critical pieces and because my insurance would not pay for another, I have been unable to wear it and am still in so much pain almost 6 weeks after surgery and hoping I won't have to have the whole thing redone. Find an alternate company to get these type of products if at all possible!

Bought a DJO Iceman and decided to return it a couple of days later. A good old-fashioned ice pack is much better at distributing cold than this machine. Our local rep assured us a credit for the machine was coming....three weeks later, no credit. This company is quick to charge a cc, yet quite slow to return the $$. May have to dispute the cc charge with our bank. Try to find a competitor's unit--maybe they have better customer service.
