Wonderful. Someone said the arena smells like animals, but it doesn't really. It smells like sawdust. Sawdust is a normal smell for a barn. I loved it all. My little boy was excited. He said he got to meet a real life cowboy. I loved the announcement of appreciating our veterans. Also, really enjoyed the last segment to appreciate our wonderful United States of America. It is great to have that now, because so many people do not love America. Dolly disappointed us all when she caved with the name, and changed it to suit the left. I still decided to give it a try because I knew Dolly still had southern roots and beliefs. Glad too see the shows that through the show. Hope she never changes it. The food is delicious. My waiter was great. I didnt catch his name, but he waited D1 on January 19th 2020. Shout out to him! I loved the band before the show even started! It was all awesome. Only disappointment was being placed on the northern side lol It had a great segment to show appreciation to native americans as well. had tricks with horses, buffalo, steer, pigs, all kinds of stuff. worth the money

Great show but a little pricey. The arena definitely smells like animals, which can almost take away your appetite. The food is good though, and the service was outstanding. The staff does their very best to ensure you have a wonderful experience.

We bought tickets online after being told to do this together so we can be seated together as a family. They lied. We were split up in completely different sections when we finally got there. Total disappointment.

Nice show but overly religious to the point of being uncomfortable. For all the Christians who do nor understand this, imagine visiting an arabian themed show with horses and them passing out mats and encouraging everyone in the audience to bow and pray to Mecca. People are different and religion is a personal thing that does not belong in a public show.

Just stopped this last time for Soup
It's a Shame that they changed the name from Dixie Stampede so the Liberals would quit Crying

The program was great lots of fun and humor. The saloon part was a lot of fun and good music. The food was average. A small chicken a piece of pork corn on the cob. All eaten as ginger food.

Not even worth one star, but that was the lowest you had to choose from.i can't sit in a 151/2" space.went as a family of 8 and wound up 2 of them sitting on the steps, had no room.they need to refigure the seating and take out at least 4 or 5 seats per roll to give more room.i will never get back in that mess again.amagin I have good money for that!

The food was awesome! The show was good! My daughter loved it! It was one of those places that I am glad I went but personally liked some of the other shows better than this one! Really enjoyed the saloon show before tho! Great music!

Such a nice and family friendly place! My wife and I have 6 children that range from 3 to 16 years old. They all loved every minute of it from the time we walked it the door to the time we left! But beware! I have some kind of pet allergy and couldn't breathe when we left. Everyone else was fine!

We really had a great time. The food was very good, but don't expect to be given silverware automatically (you can ask your server if you need some), but all the food is southern style food that can be eaten with your hands. While this doesn't bother us, it may bother others. The show was really good too. We were especially impressed because a rider had fallen off one of the horses during the show because of a camera flash. Not only did the crew check on the rider, but the show was stopped for about 5 minutes to also ensure the horse was not injured. Both human and animal were fine and the show quickly resumed. It was great to see such care provided to both the rider and horse. It also reinforced what they told us at the announcements at the beginning about how the stunts can be dangerous and not to take photographs or video during the show. This request isn't only for copyright laws, but for the safety of the performers and the animals. Many of the guests were upset with the person who took the picture and quickly pointed the person out to staff. We hoped they were asked to leave without a refund for jeopardizing the well-being of the performers (human and animal).

I have been here with my family quite a few times and enjoyed it each time. It is a very fun event and the food is actually pretty good for such a massive operation. Keep in mind there are no utensils so you WILL get a little dirty eating your meal, but that is part of the fun. Also make sure you get there about an hour or more before your show time so you can see the saloon show. They have an AMAZING band that performs a very entertaining mix of music and comedy, definitely worth getting there early.

I guess I ll give it three stars. I really enjoyed the show and the food was good but, the pre-show part was ridiculously packed like sardines in a can.... horrible experience! All I can say is if you avoid the pre-show your in for a good time.

I have been to Dollys Stampede at least 4 times over the years. Tonight is the first time I have been a bit disappointed. They pack you in way too tight. You can barely move to eat your dinner. But... I think it's time to change the menu around as well as change up the show. It's been the same show for too many years, and the food does not hold a candle to Hatfeild and McCoy dinner. Not sure I will go again for awhile.

This is the second time I have been. The first time was about five years ago and I loved it!! I was a little disappointed this time. The show has changed its not bad but I did like the other one better. The service this time was the big difference. Unfortunately it was pretty bad. I understand they have alot going on and all and its not going to be like Restarunt service but to drop a food item and pick it up and put it back in the bucket.... Well thats not ok.... Also had to get the "preferred seating" because thats all they had left and that was a rip. We were at the top in the bend of a row and there were no condiments for us to use.

You're not allowed to take pictures. Why is that still a thing? You have two teams North and South. They have games and trophies each team wins and based on crowd involvement some games can be determined by participation. The show just lacked a fluid theme. Its suppose to be the Civil War and you have Indians dancing and ball room dancing. I didn't get it. The meal was ok but it was expensive I'd pass on it if I has to do it over again.

Such a blast..good ole country fixings from a whole chicken to corn to veggie soup to slab of pork..my wife absolutely loves horses and this was the place that put a smile on her face for days. Show up early and you can check out the horses before the show and after also. The staff was upbeat and the show was entertaining.. comedically enjoyable..and crowd participation was a blast as well. Kid friendly..no alcohol

Wow, Dolly knows how to serve up entertainment. I've been to several dinner theatres but this is by far the best. The preshow was a lot of fun and warms up the audience. Good music and funny quips. Seating is a little cramped. The main show was visually wonderful with games and audience participation. Our server Chelci was excellent. She had plenty of efficient support staff. You can go by the stables and visit the horses either before or after the show. The food was good and you will definitely need the to go bag. Who can eat a whole chicken? Ha ha! Don't worry about using your hands because you get a nice warm hand towel after dinner. My favorite part was the kids chasing the chickens and the pig races.

I am honestly speechless. Let's start from the beginning. The food is awesome and the employees are super nice. The horses and performers are pros at what they do and make it look amazingly easy. And one of the performers were so nice, she let me and my sister pet one of their show horses named Pepper! And for little stage stars, the employees pick two kids to come up and twirl a simple lasso, it's really easy.
