We have worked with DMG for almost (2) years now and we've received numerous work orders for various scopes of work. The account managers are usually quick to update and to respond to any needs. We enjoy working with this company due to the wide range of needs and customers that they service.

The only downfall that we have with DMG is the bidding process on available jobs. The hourly rate makes it really hard for a company to be profitable if they are running more than 2 to 3 techs. Most jobs are being awarded around the $30-$45 range per hour for a lead tech and half that cost for a helper tech. We work with (5) other national providers and the labor rates are $65-$75/hr per tech. Overall, great company to work for, just wish they would go back to dispatching work orders like they done in the past with each vendors negotiated rates in mind.

As a contractor/provider/vendor, we have worked with Divisions for 2 years. Seeing how their communication works on both sides, the customer, and the provider, it's impressive their responsiveness, attention to detail, and determination to get the job done. I'd recommend working with them, both as a consumer and a provider.

Divisions is a great place to work and with excellent employees. They have benefit added policies and are extremely helpful. They have work locations very close and a bidding procedure that is easy to follow. I would recommend this Company highly.

Just want to know if their are any other companies they want you to spend $7,500 or any amount of your own money. and give it back to you as a contract in payments which they charge you for getting paid back.
or feed you info. If anyone as documentation like i have from being defrauded from this company please contact me with in 12 days and look into lien laws in your state. Larceny is a major crime no matter what contract you have.

Great company. Been a provider almost 2 years. They have very stringent requirements for payments. But when you preform your work ,paperwork, and invoices correctly. The money will become a day flow into your company.

Stop chasing the money, and let the money chase you.
Knowing your valuable, half the battle.

Edit: BEWARE OF NON PAYMENT TO CONTRACTORS
This is a follow up to my previous review. Divisions has posted a response. I have emailed the invoices and work orders to the email given only to be given the run around again and forwarded on to 3 people so far and now this contact who is accounts payable is wanting to forward me on again. Our invoices are over a yr past due at this point and none of the original points of contact are with this company. The accounts payable department have stated they do not handle anything besides issuing checks.

Our company did several jobs for them at 1st we were paid on time and in full but after several jobs they decided they wanted extensive paperwork. They also want you to call from the job site and check in and out which was not a problem for us but the system never works properly, when you call your point of contact they do not answer. This causes an issue because they can't keep track of when you were out there so then they refuse to pay you. We still have several outstanding invoices because we did multiple jobs within a few days for them. Beware at first they pay on time and no problems but after a few months they stop answering for collections. They also go through employees fast so phone numbers are always changing or the people answering them change and have no idea whats going on. Accounts payable will not respond to you IF you can even get their information to contact them. Their dashboard system was easy to use but the rep on the job can change anything you put in there. So if they feel the information is incorrect or don't have documentation on their side (because they are covering for their lack of communication) they can change what is owed and short of hiring an attorney there isn't anything you can do. We also reached out to the owners of the businesses we worked for with no response from them either.

Our company worked with for a great deal of time but we did a big plumbing job for them for over $10000. After fighting for months and months we were told that due to our guy not checking in properly they are not approving payment for the work provided. BEWARE!!!!

I have had a past due invoice that is a year old. I am now trying to get a hold of someone to get these paid and no one will call back. I have all the info they need and no response. This company is a joke. Don t get mixed up in their promises.

We have a past due workorder since april and have been given the runaround email accounts payable several times keep stating they will rectify but no solution or payment has been resolved. Contacted accounts payable today 7/8/21 with a promise of trying to rectify. Later a representative from division name Josh Griffith contacted my electrical company with an attitude about billing for lamps which he approved and we did not exceed the NTE amount. How do you approve the workorder and then comeback and ask for money back we will not be repaying a price that you have already agreed to and paid us for this is extremely unprofessional and capitalism big companies stealing from small buisness owner to further their success please be aware.
