DIVAN ERBIL 5 STAR HOTEL Review

If you are looking for a 5 star hotel in northern Iraq this is the place to go.

Amazing hotel. Had a wonderful stay and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience is pleasant as possible. Will definitely visit again.

A wonderful hotel, and I recommend visiting it. Dealing with guests is very friendly and humble. The place we add, the rooms we add, and its scenery is great, its decoration is very beautiful, and its views are very beautiful and very comfortable, although I did not visit this hotel But from the photos and people talking on it I have a great reputation. I hope to visit it and I will visit it soon in the vacation

Typical large international hotel, with corresponding prices. A good staple if you feel in need of a treat, has pool and spa.

More than perfect.. service.. event halls.. meeting rooms.. gift shops.. duty free.. multiple restaurants.. nice view.. amazing activities.. they hosted Coca-Cola company summit and annual party

The rooms are actually not 5 star ! Rather simple and normal . Very comfortable beds . And nice room alarm system. But certainly not 5 star rooms

I would like to congratulate the front desk team and the kitchen staff. They have great teams. We entered the hotel with a friendly, warm welcome and ate wonderful meals. The only place to stay in Erbil. Thanks for everything.

Directly across is great park to go for a run and to get a juice.

Excellent service . Spread of eating incl. The only sushi joint in the town.

They have absolutely no sense of confidentiality, they disclosed my whereabouts freely to a stranger even after leaving the hotel! In addition, their lobby is deceptive, it looks good but the service is bad and the rooms are that of a 3 star hotel, especially if you re travelling from a GCC country. The quality of the rooms are appalling, I could hear music from the garden when I was on one of the higher floors and then I was upgraded . The upgrade was just as rubbish with the door frame barely holding the door and the surrounding wall was cracked. Quite concerning and the bathroom is tiny. Horrible, will not visit again.

I suggest Rotana, it may be dull from the outside but the rooms are 10x better in terms of quality, space, bathrooms and everything else. The service is also a lot better and take care of your confidentiality (should be a given).

I went there for my friend's wedding, the hall was nice but small somehow ,
The staff kept working for our comfort.

The food buffet was okay ,not that good

The hotel is good, service and hospitality are great but the prices are slightly hight and no bathtub

One of the best hotels I've ever visited, very professional staff, clean, everything is high class, rooms are so beautiful and so quite as well, breakfast is a very good although would recommend to change the menu from time to time, the services are first class, and on top of that, the suite I've reserved was magnificent, it has huge balcony on the 17th floor with amazing city view, i felt i am living there since a while, i loved it so much and definitely next time will book the same suite

The largest and most beautiful hotels in Erbil. Excellent grade. Elegant . But the prices are somewhat expensive.

Taking the COVID restrictions into consideration, it was a pleasant week and the accommodations were more than sufficient.

I had an awesome time in xour hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Your gym is amazing. I also treated myself to a massage and Janet was spectacular. I will be back soon. Keep up the great work.

One of the best hotels I stayed in.
There is a swimming pool, games room and a nice restaurant. Other places also but I didn't have time to discover.
Suitable place for conferences and events.

5 star hotel room service 24 hours excellent service
