I have made a summer substitution and very good experience and I would like to add that both the colleagues and the coordination have behaved very well

Slow for any management and take advantage of the need of the people. I never work for them again. I do not recommend working with them, the company pays miserable salaries and on top of that they keep their part for being a temporary agency. NOTHING RECOMMENDED.

My work experience in diswork has been very satisfactory, so I encourage all unemployed people who are in a similar situation and of course have the desire to work to leave the CV and start their work at that company.

They do not fulfill their promises, band of seized. They tell you that they will call you and you may be waiting for that call, the coordinators have no clueless idea of making the quadrants. They prefer to have troubled people working than people really do their job. They are a gang of fake and drunk. Not recommendable.

DISWORK is a special employment center and, as its own name (Special) says, this company takes advantage of its workers.
In the first place, they do not comply with the contract conditions that they agree on the day of the interview, starting with the hours carried out and then with the schedules, you have to be available on their behalf 365 days a year if you want to last with them.
When it comes to collecting payroll, doing the same hours throughout the month, the same hours in the same center and having the same days in the month, you always charge differently ... when you try to contact the supervisors regarding this issue, the response of office is that they are always busy and cannot assist you.
They are specialists in making you sign voluntary terminations with the conditions of signing a new contract and thus not paying you a settlement (totally illegal) their threat is that if you do not sign the voluntary termination they will fire you and they will not hire you anymore!
The hours are not paid in my case for more than 58h, they tell you that they are distributed in the payroll and they do not appear anywhere, of course, it is obvious that if you take them to court, only the expenses are 400e and they know very well that they do not You do it because it is not going to pay for you, they already try that the money owed is hours or another issue does not exceed that amount.
Apart from benefiting from the aid that the state gives them, the supposed increase each year in the payroll, no matter how little, does not appear anywhere, another of the things that they pocket, imagine 30e per 100 workers ...
Advice, look for another company not to fall into the networks of these scammers who already have many complaints and those that remain, losing 90% of them.
