today october 23rd i was told by discount surgical hosiery - that they would not honor an email discount that we had received from them for 20% off i have written the company - be very careful with this company
Apparently false advertising still exist in our country!!!

I am very happy to report that I was able to speak with the manager today following her feedback on my original post. They are accepting my return so now I can continue ordering from them happily!!

've been shopping here for over three years. Their coupon codes never work when purchasing online so you have to call if you want their shown discount. Recently I purchased several items and was unable to return them because it was past their 30 day return policy. These are stockings and socks, sometimes most people purchase these items and don't need them for 2 months or longer and it's insane that you cannot return an unused pair of stockings or socks after 30 days!! So now I am stuck with four pairs that I cannot use because I tried a different brand which did not fit the same as my old brand and they are still in original packaging. I was told by the customer service rep don't send them back they will not accept the return. Not a satisfied ling term client!!!

Cheaper than any retailer for all of your compression stocking needs. Customer service is top notch. Shipping is fast!

Scammers! I paid for my first order through Paypal. Then I get an email from the President Moishe that the payment was declined for "insufficient funds"I knew this was a lie. I have screenshots to show payment was processed through Paypal and deducted from my account. I call them. The first person says "hold" then I hear a phone ringing and this same person answers with "hello". I say "is this discount surgical" and she hangs up on me. I call back again. I get the same person. Josie who says she's the manager. She says "we got an error message from Paypal but we just checked and the payment did go through". This is why I use Paypal so scammers like this dont have my credit card number....updated after response from the owner. i did NOT receive an immediate refund or apology. i got a notice from Paypal that the money was refunded. No email from the company that my order had been cancelled. Read the other negative reviews.

Great support stocking vendor. Lowest prices online I've found so far. Don't be bothered by negative reviewers complaining about the product. Their products are the same that every other seller of compression hosiery sells. Some are cheaper than others in cost and construction. Personally I recommend Medi.

customer service is non existent. If you ever want to make a change to your order just cancel it. On hold for over 20 minutes then disconnected

My go to for compression socks, I have found they have the best pricing and really good selection that both my wife and I who swear by compression footwear shop from. Their shipping is always super fast and we have yet to have any issues. Highly recommended, we love their Mojo line expecially.

An order was placed and it was not the complete order that was mailed to me - even thought my credit card was charged the full amount. I have tried numerous times to call them - only to be told after waiting on hold for the next available rep that the mail box is full and there was an error. Then trying to contact them on their website with the online chat - that was not available and then sending numerous emails - which are never answered. Stay clear away from this company!!!!

This is the first sock that really made a difference. The sock looks ok for wearing shorts. Really happy..

Had to return 2 out of the first 3 pair I ordered because they get holes, not in pressure points like the toes or heel, on the sides. Tried to return 3 more pair that failed, and I was told not to pull my socks up, push them. What? They made excuses for their product failing, but wouldn't return them. They admit their socks only last a couple of months.
