My Mother s case worker, Mandy Glace, goes out of her way to make sure my parents are offered the finest care available. She is a problem solver who aims to care for the elderly in a way that allows them access to care in their own homes. She treats them with with dignity and kindness- always. Mandy is exceptionally resourceful and helps to provide contacts to support members in other areas of the community. She provided us with a volunteer who is exceptionally helpful with communications and aid in the Veterans Services area and helped connect us to legal aid personal. This is a great resource and aid service that cuts down on the bureaucracy and really aims to help the aging and their caretakers on a daily basis.
