Great quick response and change to our phone system - engineer Tom was professional and very efficient

Been with Digitel for many years. Always exceptional service, but Tom who has been today was very efficient, polite, and no mess!
I must also mention Joanne, my usual point of contact, who is second to none! :)

Excellent service from Tom, very helpful and sorted out all queries I had about the system.

Engineer Tom came to sort out some problems with our phone system. He talked us through what the problems were and sorted out the issues. He checked the system worked and asked us to check we were happy with everything. The system is now working fine. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

We've had an ongoing issue with our internet and one of Digitel's engineers, Tom, has just been round to check it out. It appears to stem from some work done by Open Reach, even though they have been out to check it over and completely missed or ignored the issue. Thanks to Tom's dedication in checking over cabling that isn't part of Digitel's remit, we're on our way to having it repaired. Customer service is excellent.
