Ok this is not a studio in any real sense. This is a repurposed industrial space which is stuffed with left over just no from previous film sets. No parking, your base will be elsewhere, low ceilings, no grid ( OK, ample power you can power a set off mains) Dirty, no air. No standards of health or safety are recognized here. If there is a fire there is plenty of fuel ( previous sets) and no escape. A set on the second floor has remained untouched since my first time here ten years ago. The pictures are the piles of stored flats in every corner and alley of the facility. There is a standing jail set . And court room. And White House podium. These are leftovers, not maintained .the wardrobe is as if from a thrift store. No place for lunch, unless you move junk out of the way. This is like working in an old guys attic.

Just amazing! It has everything - sets, props, wardrobe - all ready to go.
