My husband and I wanted to get a huge giclee stretched and framed. And I must say, it was the greatest framing experience ever. The staff helped us for hours, explaining about stretcher bars, thickness, framing options, fillets, mounting options and what not. Our painting came to life, and we love it! They were very responsive, and helpful. They truly wanted us to love our piece of art, and so we did! I would highly recommend everyone to check this place out. They keep is professional, they keep it gorgeous, and they keep it affordable.
I had an excellent experience getting a photograph framed. The man who helped me picked out an outstanding and unique frame that was the perfect complement to the photo!
I simply needed two pictures printed. I submitted my request and paid in advance online. One picture looks amazing and the other looks horrible. I was told the difference is because of the pixelation in one of the pictures I submitted. Unfortunately, opposed to someone calling me to discuss they printed the picture. When I expressed my unhappiness Brian was extremely dismissive which generated giggles from one of his colleagues. Luckily, my lost is only $15 and my time but what if this was a larger project. The quality of any organization is how they handle an unhappy customer. I was handled very unprofessionally over $15.00.
Friendly, knowledgeable and high quality products and service. I used to do my own giclee printing, but don't feel it's necessary anymore since I'm not doing the volume I used to. I have no issues at all with the quality of work. Stretching and framing was great, too.
