Navigating my experience with this agency was quite challenging. The communication felt disjointed, leaving me unsure about the progress of my project. I had expected a more collaborative approach, but there seemed to be a lack of initiative on their part. While they have some good ideas, execution was not aligned with my expectations. I believe there’s potential here, but improvements are needed in organization and follow-through. 🤔
