I think it's a crying shame that you call into these businesses and can't get a local person to deal with issues and they tell you you have to go to the actual store for inquiries you all are going to lose a lot of business

I went to the Digicel office downtown waited an hour. Then the agent tells me to go to the desk when I go to the desk the guy says can I help you I said I'm here to get internet service. He said while I'm helping someone else you'll have to go sit down. I said well I was directed to you he said well I don't care. So I walked out. Terrible customer service

Called trying to reach their business service for corporate clients as we were having network issues with our circuit. Nobody in their office knows the difference between internet and phone data and nobody knows who to reach internally for business queries. Got bounced around and finally had to call another company to get them to review the line.

Customer service is not consistent. The in store staff are friendly and seem well trained.

When you communicate via email or phone it can be poor. I ve caught staff lying and at times providing the wrong information. The inconsistency has caused me a lot of stress.

I m with them because of their product. If someone offered similar products and features I would change in a heart beat. I love D Music, Play-go, My Digicel (the app offered to check your usage, make changes to your cellular plan and pay your bill) and other unique offerings. Their cell phone roaming plan sounds inexpensive but the charges for utilization are extremely high. It s best to acquire an overseas SIM card.

They are notorious for turning you off for one or two days late payment. They turned my internet off once because I paid through the bank (it can take one to three days to process payment through the bank depending on how busy they are.) They received it late. Even though I over paid my bill. They charged me a $5 late fee for being late (which I understand). As a result, I owed them one dollar and they shut me off without warning. I ve had numerous bad experiences with them. Too many to mention.

I was planning to give them 2 stars but I cannot deny the quality of their product. They have to resolve their out of store customer service issues. It s pretty bad. Also, they re extremely heavy handed when if comes to payments.

I just got off a customer service call with Tiara in Bermuda. I would like to send a big shout out to her for the excellent service she provided today. Her telephone adequate was on point and she went the extra mile to make sure my needs where met. I hope you have more employees like Tiara, she is a good example of professionalism and a great employee.

Sales rep, female, with short blonde hair rushed the sale of 2 prepaid cards. She didn't ask any questions and even after it was deemed we didn't have our mobiles unlocked, she completed the transaction and then coldly advised there was no refunds. When we asked to speak to a manager, she stepped into the back room and came back and said he was on a call and there would be nothing he could do anyway. We now have two prepaid cards we can't use. When she knew our phones wouldn't work, she should have stopped the sale. SHAME on Digicell and this employee for such poor customer service and for using sleazy sales tactics.

Cancelled my prepaid plan (company wide) without telling me, then proceeded to charge me with data fees. Upgraded to complimentary new plan, however still ended up paying the difference! No point of prepaid plan if you begin to charge the same price as regular plans. Terrible communication for a large telecom corporation.
