There s a few pages of paperwork but it s all info they need to know for billing and to make sure they have your history and any illnesses you might have. I thought all the staff that I interacted with were very kind and happy. When I was in the patient room my Dr who saw me was very thorough. Took his time was knowledgeable about my background and listened when I asked questions. He made me feel that no questions were unimportant. I left feeling that they truly cared about my health.
Scheduling an appointment was easy and didn t take long at all. I m very excited that I can take pills and not the prep stuff you used to have to take.

The staff is very courteous. The doctors, PA's and nurses are very personable, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. They really care and take care of you. Both my husband and myself are patients and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

First time there, but there was minimal waiting. We first saw a PA named Matt, who was knowledgeable and asked all the right questions. We then saw Dr. Wells who listened and understood, before ordering some tests. A great first time experience.

I would have given five stars if I had not had to wait so long to see the PA. My appointment was at 8:40 and I finally left The office at 10:40. I was very satisfied with the service otherwise. The PA was very knowledgeable and extremely nice; setting up the appointment for my procedure was quick and efficient

After numerous appointments I have always been treated with dignity and respect each and every time. From the check in ladies to nurses and doctors. Most times I have been recognized and feel extremely comfortable during my time there. From getting a procedure or going in later for the results I always feel at home with all that I come in contact with.

I had prior knowledge of some of the providers at this practice. All the staff are very polite and professional. I would trust my family with them

Wait time was only 15 minutes and the Staff was courteous and Dr Wells was kind and took very good care of me.

All that I can say is that my experience at the Digestive Diseases Center is that they have always shown that they care and are truly interested in my health and well-being and also other members of my family who are patients there have received the utmost care. The staff are friendly, and helpful, professional and courteous. I have been a patient of Dr. Rao for many years now and I have not one complaint. He is a caring professional doctor who goes to great lengths to make my life better concerning any of my digestive issues. All around caring experience at the Digestive Diseases Center.

I recently had an appointment at the Port St. Joe office. It was very convenient not having to drive all the way to Panama City from Apalachicola. The doctor and nurse practitioner were knowledgeable and caring. The office staff was friendly and efficient. They went out of their way to obtain a medical report needed very quickly from another facility. Highly recommended!
