Good doctors, are good for the animals, only give a little info, our kitten had fallen from the 7th floor and had, according to their "only bruised lungs and torn lip" outside the rest what hurt the fall, 2 weeks later he had to go to our own vet for a checkup and he told us that he still had wounds on his belly that need to be cleaned with betadine every day and 2 canines have broken down to almost root, we also have to keep an eye on this to see if it can be ignited. All in all we pay our green & yellow, and now we have to take extra medication again for our male. (We do everything for him, he has to stay healthy anyway)

We come here twice a month and are helped by David. We no longer have to report to Marco, he knows us by name

With my dog here at the weekend because he suddenly had a lot of unexplained pain. They are super skilled here and also very sweet to humans and animals. So glad that this is the replacement vet from my own veterinarian. I went outside with a happier dog than I went inside. And a happy creature is a happy owner!

You come with your animal that is wrong.
But you will be treated very kindly.
And they do their very best to make your animal better or to make it more bearable.

With AniCura you get the impression that everything revolves around generating money, and a whole lot of money! The employees are nice, but that does not outweigh the absurdly high price you pay, which is absolutely out of proportion to what they do !! We lost 2 1/2 monthly salaries in 2 1/2 days to our dog who eventually had to sleep in after 2 more days. Despite the fact that our dog Luuk was very ill, we were advised to let him have surgery; a laparatomy. There was no idea what could be wrong with our Luuk, but the veterinarian on duty advised us to open our dog immediately. She was unable to give an adequate answer to any question about a possible diagnosis and when I finally desperately asked "what would you do if it was your dog" she replied "operating immediately, it costs a few thousand euros". We intuitively felt that our Luuk was too sick for an invasive operation, but let us be persuaded because you love your dog. There was nothing in the belly. Luuk barely got out of anesthesia and had to go to the heart monitor that same night. The next morning we received a message that Luuk had to fall asleep. Within two days we received the bill, 3,905 euros in addition to the 500 euros we paid for the first two consultations; a total of 4,405 in 2 1/2 days of treatment !! This is no longer in proportion to what they do and apparently their knowledge is insufficient to find out what the cause is in the case of our 7 year old Luuk (king poodle). We have a huge hangover and will never go to this clinic again. Our own veterinarian (couple) with an enormously good clinical view and absolutely involved (animal doctors Breda) would have done this very differently and possibly also without result but then much and much less money. This only took place at the weekend and then you are dependent on this money-guzzling clinic. An absolute deception !!!! Be guided primarily by your own intuition and not by the so-called advice of this clinic.

Our dog has been operated here on an LPC (ED) very good experience with the keyhole surgery. Doctor was very committed and explained everything during the operation we were allowed to look behind glass and we were kept informed. Friendly and patient staff. Your dog will be received and treated with a lot of love here.

Bad service. They will call you back but they never call you back. Also charge extra costs and bills are wrong. If you don't say anything about this, you are paying too much. Consider money more important than animal welfare

Bad service. I have waited 4 hours in 2 days to get together with my dog for 15 minutes. When my dog was allowed to come home, she was thin and completely dirty. Otherwise ff cleaned gotten along. And borafff deposit of 500 euros to do regardless of what the diagnosis and treatment would be. Overall not friendly and very poor service. never more to me to Dord.

The costs are very high compared to other places .. they must be professional.

I have been coming with different animals for years.
Everyone is very involved and knowledgeable. No unnecessary actions that (logically) cost a lot of money.

A week and a half ago I had to put my kitten to sleep at anicura in city polders. He became very sick at the weekend, in the middle of the night. You know that it will cost quite a bit. When he arrived at aniCura, he immediately received the care he needed. We were able to make agreements about the costs. Although they knew that we could not tick it off in one go, they gave all my good care to my kitten. He was monitored and looked after for 2 days, 24/7. The sadness of this loss is somewhat softened when you see how these people do everything with heart and soul for your dear pet. I have no doubt that they did not do everything to send him home healthy, but unfortunately it did not help. Everyone at aniCura city polders, thank you

What a lovely and patient people. Explain everything very well and clearly and take the time for everything despite the crowds. You definitely don't feel like a number.
And in terms of costs .... Well, you will lose a lot of money quickly, but also thanks to the pharmaceutical industry. Unlike other reviewers, I don't feel I have lost more than elsewhere

We went to the anicura because our dog started to sway and was very wheezing. A day later she went under the knife for a hernia.

The employees kept us informed throughout the entire process.

After Tilly was given to us, we had a lot of trouble getting her to pee, and we went back almost daily for help in the beginning. This went without fits, even with a smile.

In the end we sent a bland card when she was finally able to walk and pee herself.

I hope it's not necessary, but if Tilly needs another surgery, we'll bring her here.

I am very dissatisfied with this clinic. Been twice in the last few months, resulting in a cat with a dead paw due to an incorrectly laid infusion and a healthy dog of only 6 years old who died during a scan examination. Both times I had them just as bad luck.
Dare they call the best care for your pet. Scandalous.

Well helped, neat practice and the most important, competent and nice people!

Very nice staff. Think along and take the time for your animal. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer and the price is not the lowest.

Very well helped here, our dog jumps forward while we were afraid it was hopeless.

Doctors can be ok but the prices are ridiculously high, and if you ask what will it cost this emergency treatment then they say well let us first help the dog then we talk further, and because the weekend is paid you also got double rate shocked me 2600, - and pay immediately, otherwise you will not get your dog, they know that we all do everything for our animals so they throw a hefty price tag on the treatments.

The bad animal hospital !! They killed my bunny and they also want to pay !! No star !!!!!!!!!!!!

Dog was bitten by another dog in the evening, my thought was that it should be stitched and this must be done asap and so cannot wait until the next morning. When I got there the wound was rinsed and I went home after paying 220 euros. Got the feeling that Mister would like to go home as it was 5am to 11am and Mister had finished his service at 11am. After a week back with my own vet, wound was inflamed. The vet indicated that there really should have been a staple or stitching that evening. Extra costs and extra medicines. Not at all satisfied with their emergency help! Next time I'll just wait until the next morning and go to my own vet.
