Poor bedside manner! Poor hospitality over the phone. Believe some of the staff should have sensitivity training to deal with elderly people who have problems they have a hard time dealing with.

Pregnant wife sat and waited for hours to ended up just leaving to a whole different hospital to get actual health care!!! Worst hospital ever!!!! It was only for tooth pain. They only thing they were worried about is there golf game!!

A year ago, I had a leaking aneurysm and because of the great care I received at DCH, I am here to write this review! Dr. Papp and his team evaluated me and promptly sent me to St. Vincent's Hospital in Green Bay via medical helicopter, where I received treatment for my condition! Excellent, quality, compassionate care! Highly recommend this hospital!!!

I brought my 8 yr old son in today, he fell off his bike and had some pretty good scrapes, and a deep cut to his thumb, they were very professional in the emergency room, made him feel safe, controlled his pain, fixed him up, and sent me home with peace of mind! 5 stars! Awesome service, didn't even have to wait, to a room we went!

I'm pretty sure they are scrambling to avoid Bankruptcy ....Just awful. If you need emergency help I recommend going somewhere else Both to safe your life and the financial headache.

I would just like to share what my husband has been going through for over a month now. He was treated for a nasty cut on his hand in the ER. He was told it was fine only to find out by a specialist in Green Bay that it was very infected and still had dirt and metal shavings in it, severed tendon and nerves. He's been cut open twice now to reverse the damage that the ER missed to correct the damage. Very unprofessional and unobservant on their part!!! He has missed over a month of work and still has at least a month and a half to go before he can go back to work because of the mistakes of the ER dr. Would never recommend emergency care there now.

Radiology department. Thank you so much for outstanding service. Mr.Mark Uren and Student Stoner took care of my wife while she had to run tests today. Due to her high level of anxiety, they kept her calm and performed an outstanding service of care and compassion.Both these gentleman is an asset to DCH.

We just returned home from our latest visit to Results DCH ER.My wife has MS and with all the various symptoms we have been to the ER many times in the last 20 yrs.We have always received the best care at DCH!
Today my wife was taken into the ER Immediately and Heather was working again.She is the absolute best person and care giver! My wife was given a CT scan and with
good Results, we were sent home in 2 hrs!

Saw Dr. Tran for an E.M.G TEST TO CHECK IF I HAD CARPAL TUNNEL. EXCELLENT JOB AND FELT SO COMFORTABLE. A true professional. Got the results right away. From the moment I entered the doors all the staff that walked by asked my husband and I if we were being helped. Wonderful
