Dicarlo food service Review

We all have to do a job & we all make it living in these jobs BUT to use & abuse this against another person is really a shame on DiCARLO DISTRIBUTION.
A COMPANY CAN BE BACKED UP FOR A WEEK OR (WITH BAD MANAGEMENT) FOR A MONTH. But this is constant thru out the year. It's either the company can't manage appointment times right or it's all a lie....

WORD OF ADVICE TO ALL:- I am sure you will find another load, whatever you do do not accept a load coming to this company & if you have no choice be prepared for a long period of waiting.

Great family-owned local company! In addition to restaurant delivery customers, they have a store that is open to the public. No membership needed and they accept cash and credit/debit cards. Many restaurant quality items you can't get elsewhere. Take a trip here, you won't be disappointed.

On September 24 @ 3:30-ish My wife parked her 2019 Ford fusion on Arden Place in Port Jefferson Village, A witness saw the DiCarlo truck in the picture pull out of the parking lot across the street from her car and subsequently hears a loud bang with the truck leaving the scene and notices a rather ugly dent left in her car.

The witness contacts the police who in turn track down the driver who denies he hit the car and since the witness was on the other side of truck and only "heard" the loud noise the police did not pursue a hit and run against the driver.

I subsequently call DiCarlo company, left message no return call.

Bad news, Bad culture, Bad Company and I am out $2,300 to repair....great for DiCarlo's reputation

This place is so slow , no parking for overnight, had 9am appointment and no door yet at 12:15. Unless unload yr self be ready to pay a huge lumper. 1 star and shouldn't get that. So unorganized

This place brings up a little nostalgia for me. My parents had a restaurant about 20 years ago and they would get French fries and clam strips from them. I would wonder around and grab the 50 pack of rice Krispy treats while my dad would shop. I can still remember the smell it had.
