I'm always recommending Diane Lee & Associates as I had an amazing experience there a few years ago. I saw Diane for a year as my injury was severe. Over that year I got to know her well. The most impressive thing about her is how thorough she is and how up to date she is in her knowledge. She's also professional and easy to communicate with. I've been to many good physios, but she's the best!
Beautiful offices and very slick decorating which is sure to attract those wealthy clients in the neighbourhood, however that is about it - great facade but no depth or substance. I came away wondering if the therapist understood the medical condition or perhaps just lacking the experience. For $160 for 45 min intro session I learned two exercises that my massage therapist had previously suggested. To me it was a waste of time and money...but hey they have a well decorated office!
The front staff was very nice and helpful in booking me an appointment with Calvin Wong. Calvin is the best physiotherapist I've seen, he's very knowledgeable and helpful in fixing my lower back problems. Overall, great service from everyone working there!
By far the best team of physios & massage therapists I have ever been treated by. Very knowledgeable, understanding, and proactive in the way they handle patient concerns. I highly recommend them!
Pretty wonderful humans from the front desk staff to the physios! I've had back problems for the last 3.5 years and have seen plenty of physios in the past. Eric and Rachel(The physios I've seen) are knowledgeable, caring and attentive which has resulted in the best physio experience I've had to date, and I've been to a lot!

They are good at what they do, but they nickle and dime on masks. Sorry, i forgot to bring one, ill pay the $1.50 you charge for one on top of the $175 for the session. Awesome!
Kelly Meddings has been my physiotherapist for about a year now and I can't even begin the long list of recommendations I have about her. Kelly takes her time to hear your concerns and acknowledges each problem you may have. She has never rushed me at any of my appointments and often checks in with you if you haven't seen her in a while. I really recommend her for physiotherapy. She ensures that you get the most out of every appointment. Kelly is very knowledgeable, and really knows her stuff, especially with women's health. I am so happy I found her.
I highly recommend coming here for physiotherapy. Each session I had was very positive and rewarding. My injury was a huge source of stress and pain, and crippled a large part of my life. Having a place to go with compassionate staff, a lovely facility, and easy booking system was part of my great experience. The other part was working with Leigh. Leigh made sure I was always comfortable with sessions, and was very attentive, positive, and knowledgeable. She also gave me resources to continue improving at home on my own time. All of my progress is thanks to Leigh and her support. I have been to a number of physiotherapists in the last few years for various injuries, and I would recommend Diane Lee & Associates to everyone.

I had 3 visits with Leigh Fortuna. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and professional. She taught me some fantastic techniques, that are simple to do everyday and easy to remember. Thanks to Leigh and a nurse at Richmond Hospital I am able to avoid a possible lifetime of discomfort using other methods to treat my condition. I highly recommend her services.

I LOVE this place !The front end staff are friendly, helpful, and kind. My physiotherapist Kelly Meddings is AMAZING . I was in a bad car accident five years ago and was having trouble working through some of my injuries in spite of receiving multiple types of treatments . I started seeing Kelly about a year and a half ago and the progress I have made is amazing. I ended up needing surgery and she helped me with pre and post surgery therapy which helped immensely.Kelly took the time to look at the whole picture , not just the obvious injuries. I couldn t recommend Kelly and Diane Lee Physiotherapy more ! Do yourself a favour and book an appointment!
I preemptively booked a postpartum appointment with Diane Lee & Associates during pregnancy to ensure that everything was "back to normal" after giving birth. Kelly Meddings was extremely thorough in her examination and diagnosis (all clear) which gave me the confidence to safely return to exercise. Kelly put me on a return to running program to gradually re-introduce this form of cardio (something I would have otherwise done immediately without building proper strength and control of my pelvic floor first). Happy to say that my pelvic floor is in tip top shape and I am confidently exercising again after giving birth thanks to Kelly. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Cathy Rogers because she is an incredible physiotherapist! I have been seeing her for many years and she keeps her education and knowledge base up to date while also being a teacher for other physios. You can tell she is super passionate about her work and deeply cares about helping clients be their most functional and empowered selves. She is very talented, intelligent and highly skilled while also being a compassionate and kind hearted person. She is clear and concise in how she educates patients and also very thorough in her treatment plans. I used to faint from any kind of procedure involving needles but I LOVE when she uses the fascial needling technique because it is very relieving and therapeutic for pain. I trust her so much. After being a regular client for several years I can honestly say she is a phenomenal physiotherapist and you need not look anywhere else for the highest standard of care! The facility here is also very clean and the receptionists are lovely as well. There is lots of parking.
Dr Kelly Meddings has been a phenomenal troubleshooter. So knowledgable, patient and down to earth. It was her expertise that narrowed down the possible issues in resolving an unheard-of pain situation I faced for almost a year. Kelly Meddings has been my physio since I have been 4 months postpartum. Not only has she assisted in making my physical recovery from pregnancy more comfortable, but she has also corrected an issue with my shoulder that other therapists have not been able to address in the 5 years it s been hurting.
