Spectacular service is an understatement. We had an early AM flight out of Hilton Head with a VIP client of ours and the Diamond team came through in a pinch. Professional, Courteous, at a fair price. Definitely our Go To when we are in the Hilton Head area!

This is the second summer we have worked with Diamond. My wife and I rented a home for a week on Hilton Head Island for us and the kids and grandkids; Our NYC children needed transportation from the Savannah Airport to Palmetto Dunes. The Diamond Transportation staff was prompt, courteous, easy to work with, and very reasonably priced. The rides to and from the airport were handled efficiently and the Diamond reservation staff answered all of our questions. No need to look elsewhere for low country travel. We were delighted with the experience.

Outstanding customer service! After my flight arrived 2 hrs late at the Savannah airport I found out the staff at DT had been keeping track of my flight status and had a driver on site waiting. He was friendly and pleasant. And the transportation was a brand new Suburban that was in terrific shape. When I got out of the car at my house I must have dropped my cell phone on the back seat and did not realize it until after he had left. It took
me a few minutes to contact him. He said no problem, happily turned around and came back to return my phone, AND the driver refused the extra tip I offered.

I booked a ride for my wife and two small children from Sea Pines to the Hilton Head airport (only a 15 minute drive). Their rates was $110 which i thought was a little excessive.
I also ordered two car seats to be installed prior to pick up for my 1 and 3 year old. I even called two hours before pick up just to confirm everything and they said they had everything. But, when they arrived to pick us up, there were no car seats. The driver said he might have one at the airport and he could go check. One car seat wasn't going to work as we had two kids. So my wife had to go to a neighbor's house that had kids (whom we didn't know) and ask them to take her to the airport. Diamond Transportation never attempted to fix the issue or even offer an apology.
I had a wonderful ride with Bill from the Savannah airport to Montage Palmetto Bluff. Normally I like silence in my booked car rides, but Bill was so personable, so friendly, so knowledgeable about the area, he was a delight to chat with.
I used Frank with Diamond Transportation and went above and beyond! He arrived early to my house, and was friendly, helpful, and great to chat with. I had a little procedure done, and he picked me up on time and even brought me a coffee because he knew I had not had one yet! I highly recommend this company and will use them again! And I ll ask for Frank!
We had a group of six from our organization coming in for a conference on Hilton Head. We needed transportation from Savannah to the conference site.
And that is where we met our Diamond driver, Frank. Frank was waiting for us when we arrived and was an absolute pleasure to be with. This was our first time going to South Carolina and Frank made the hour s drive interesting and entertaining. He pointed out various areas of interest, answered questions and offered helpful tips. When we arrived at our resort, we told Frank we hoped he d be our driver when it was time for us to return home (all while doubting there d be any chance of that with scheduling). Sure enough, the day came to return home and standing outside the lobby to greet us was Frank! He made sure he was on the schedule for our return to the airport. Now THAT is service. I ve taken many a taxi, Uber and other services but never have I had a driver that felt more like a good friend than a perfect stranger. I not only recommend Diamond Transportation, but when you call, ask for Frank. You ll understand why once he gets you where you need to be.
We were so grateful to be able to use Diamond Transportation on our wedding day. The driver was professional and warm. She did a great job getting us there at just the right time. The van was clean, spacious, and professional.
