My laptop trackpad/ buttons stopped working as I was halfway through my uni work. Run it in, panicking about losing any work and how long I would be without a laptop as I had work to hand-in on Friday. By 9am the next day my laptop was sorted, they even saved all my work etc to a memory stick for me. Can't thank them enough...these guys saved the day. Thank you!
