The casino is located just off the interstate for easy access. The building has a really cool retro farm looking exterior, and the interior is clean and designed well for moving around within. I thought the machines paid out pretty good too. I took a $2500 jackpot from one, and had a $1030 ticket spit out after free spins on another.

The outside of this casino is awesome. It is set up nice with the subway, and other amenities. However a majority of the slot machines are old and when I was there, they didn't have a single black jack table going (Only 2 craps). We still had fun and enjoyed ourselves though. Would stop again.
Similar in to what I reviewed before; poor bar service. Bar is open and huge with so much potential, yet no bartenders for 15 minutes. Crazy. Also, open your live Roulette!! Some of us come (and drive far) specifically for this.
I lost but had fun loosing lol. Maybe luck will be on my side next time.
Nice casino right of the interstate, very friendly and helpful staff. It is a little bit smokey in their. But we had fun won a little, last a little. They do have a free soda and coffee station. There is also a Subway when you first come in. I believe their is also a restaurant, according to pictures in the casino. When you are a 1st time player sign up for a card and when you spend 10.00 dollars you will get $5.00.
My mother had never been to Iowa or a casino...so we drove down from the twin cities. We played some roulette...slots and sports book. Pretty much lost at everything but slots but we had a blast! Everyone was very helpful since we were novices and we will be back for a sports book night. We also ate lunch here not bad food and drink options. There is also a hotel right there if you wanted to go down for a weekend or event. Check it out for sure...its only an 1 hour and half drive from the cities.
I love "The Jo's"!! The sports book is great!table games right through the front door, and great guest services! The hotel is more than accommodating. With clean, cozy, modern rooms. The food options are awesome as well. All around, Diamond Jo's is a great experience!!
This is the first Casino that I have been to where people were actually winning! How refreshing to know you REALLY CAN WIN! I didn't walk out a head, BUT only lost $2 in 3 hours of playtime. So a small victory! I'm gonna go back and see if I can put a couple of zeros on the end of my $2..
A great weekend. They have a good sized, busy sports book. The attached hotel has a very good continental breakfast.
Very nice casino. It s small but have a good variety of slots. Walked out $1800 richer so it was a great time!!!
