Brilliant place to work, training was good and I then shadowed and I was never rushed. Got signed off to work alone last week and I am so happy no stopping me now. I am very thankful of the opportunity I have been given and I have been treated great
I have worked at Diamond Home Care for 6 months and I have no complaints. I have a part time contract (it's no zero) and the hours suit my needs, I work one weekend on and one off which is great. I am working towards my level 2 in care here so I am so happy I am progressing. 5 stars from me
Did anyone else see the employee from this company being interviewed on ITV Central News about face mask. Saying she didn't think face mask make a difference and she worked through out coronavirus and was in contact with a lot of people with it and she didn't wear her mask. This person is trusted to care for the elderly and disabled the very people who are most at risk. Disgrace, if a member of the family had any involvement with this company I would want answers. Minus the 1 star.
My dad uses Diamond in Halesowen, care staff are truly amazing and always find the communication from them regarding my dad health first class. I can not always be there for him (which i feel guilty for) so i relay on the information on his day to day health and i am always updated which puts my mind at ease. Great service from wonder people.
Where do I start worse company and management some of the careers are good but as for the company and management they re a waste of time I m warning others do not go with this company your love ones will be left without care as this company will just cancel their care package without a reason and not tell you I ve only gave then a one star because I had too otherwise they would have had a minus 5 star. I think they done us a favour because my mom new carers and company are much much better and they take care in their work and kno exactly what they are doing. I would never recommend diamond carers to anyone.
My mother had care from Diamond Home Care and they were brilliant with her as she could be difficult at times. They offered all aspects of care and treated my mom with dignity and respect, she passed away earlier this year but I am still greatful for how she was treated. I would recommend!
I have worked at Diamond Home Care for over 1 year and i can honestly say it is the best care company i have worked at. The team leaders are all really supportive and the ongoing training really helps you develop, highly recommend.

Been at Diamond Home Care since 15th July 19 and it has been great, lovely service users and staff. Never done care before but the training was great and then i went out with a lovely lady that showed me around. All round great experience and would recommend.
Excellent service provided to my family member, care staff have great attention to detail and their relationship with my mom is fantastic, real peace of mind, highly recommend
