Diamond Hills Sports Club Review

Only one star because All I use is the pool. As far as I know the rest of the gym is really nice.
The pools on the other hand are not filtered and or treated adequately.
I have been going there for years off and on. I go swimming because of health issues and it does wonders for me. Problem is the water is like a sewer. It even tastes like something nasty. Sewer and salt.
Myself and several others get ear infections consistently from the water.
Not everyone is this sensitive but some of us are.

If there water was clean I would be there everyday. It is a nice pool.
Complaints to management don't get anywhere as only a small percentage of people are sensitive.
But even if you don't get sick ,isn't it disgusting just the same?

I really wish they would up the filter process. I don't even mind paying the high fees.As a matter of fact I'd prefer paying high fees to have a better swimming experience.

Please clean your pools!!!

Cold water from the fountain would be great but if you had more fountains for the active training rooms would be great! Facility lacks in performance such as this. Not impressed for the cost against the presentation of the facility!

Great facility. I play tennis here as a guest. However if I lived closer would join.

Great place for the family to spend some leisure time.

It has a large variety of what you can do including multiple swimming pools, steam rooms and saunas, a large variety of cardio and other machines, multiple tennis courts, weight lifting and it even a kids area with a supervisor so your kids have something to do while you workout. Although it's expensive, I think the price is justified by the size and variety of the place.

I don t normally write reviews but this gym isn t worth the price. It use to be the best gym in this area but now everything is always broken and super old, the classes take up all the main work out space, and it s dirty and dusty every where. I would not recommend this gym.

This gym has gone down hill with cleanliness and hygiene in the locker rooms. The shower curtains have pink and black mold, a lot of the shower fixtures are broken and constantly leaking water. As for the equipment on the floor, mostly in the weight area, is run down, looking broken/messy, and the members don t pick up after themselves. After a few months of trying to return to this gym, I realized they aren t putting their money to use. It trickles down through every level of management- and for this expensive premium membership, it s not worth the money.

This is a wonderful Sports facility. Played a USTA tennis match here and the courts are excellent. Even the food they brought out was very good. If you live in this area I wouldn't hesitate to join this club

Been a member for years. Large facility and great amenities.

I have very high regards for this wonderful fitness center and their staff. Michelle Moreno has been such a delight and a wonderful swim coach on Mondays and Wednesdays, as well as Carey on Thursday nights. My swimming techniques have improved in ways I never would have imagined in this stage of my life. The fun and laughter makes me swim better and keeps me coming back. I have never met such wonderful supportive trainers like this in any other gym throughout all my years, until I joined Diamond Hills. Not only are they fitness minded, but have a good personality as well. Kudos to Cindy as well.

You feel as if you are in a resort no matter what part of the day you are there, it is such a stress releasing and joyous experience. Nice way to be pampered every day of the week. Do your own thing and have fun. Great members too. Mixed ages so you never feel out of place. Wonderful memories.

Comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Excellent pools for exercising. Hot Tubs are a bonus!

Spa services are great. Jessica does amazing deep tissue massage therapy.

Very family friendly Gym/spa, with all the amenities you could want, has a large gym area with machines, has a basketball inside court,there are steam rooms and saunas in the women's and mens locker rooms, has separate locker room for kids, also has pools, hut tubs, and tennis court, great place!

The cleanliness of this establishment needs a lot of work. With the monthly fees paid for this gym, management needs to step it up or be fired and let their replacement take care of this facility the right way.

The 8.5 men's league run is very UNWELCOMING towards new players who move in. It's run like a high school clique. Best to look for other USTA 4.5 teams outside of this facility. It's not worth joining this club when a USTA league team is run by below-average tennis captain who doesn't understand the value of try-outs.

So happy that they are open! The gym is super clean and well spaced equipment.

Not a bad place to workout. A little pricey in my opinion. $60 dollars a month for a membership. Good place to socialize. Hotube, pools, sauna. Friendly staff.

Premium price for a decent weight room that lacks real power racks for squats. Not really worth a membership unless you utilize other areas

This place is ridiculous. I got harassed by the trainers and the manager for lifting with my cousin because I was showing him how to lift properly and it "looked like I was training him".

The gym and tennis portion are up to date and good environment. There are other issues that would be too much to address here.

Wonderful sports club I've been knowing in my entire life I love 3 swimming pool and free coffee,free wifi. I can stuck in here for all day long.

Showing its age in the locker room. Needs some deep cleaning.

Member for over a year. Beautiful facility. Only downside is having to share it with the kids and teens who act like they own the place.

I enjoyed going to this gym on a regular basis for 4 years. The amenities were good; however, The cardio equipment was not maintained as well as I would have liked. It was often that many of the treadmills didn t work properly. Having paid as much as we did, that became frustrating. The staff at this location were great; especially the girls at the front desk and the maintenance staff.

I love it here! Best group work out instructors, Zumba and yoga too. My son plays basketball everyday here as well.

Wish I could add a half star. However love what they have to offer and love how convenient it is to go in and out. Price raising every year is why it's not a 5 star from me

I love this gym. I love the sauna, yoga classes, pool, all the elliptical machines, juice bar, spa...you name it!

Great health club. Packed on weekdays around 6-7pm. You cant cancel your membership over the phone which is a downside. They make it difficult by having to go in and cancel when you need too. I dont see any other reason behind not allowing cancelation over the phone except they dont want to make it easy for you to leave. Only downside. Besides that, the club is great.

Decent customer service. They were able to correct a billing error immediately; however, they will not give you money back, only gym credit. It's a large gym but they keep the facility clean. My only gripe is that they won't add employer discounts after your membership has started. Everyone is friendly and professional. Decent gym without the gym smell.

Been going here for years and feel it s over priced, Now going to City sports for less than half the cost.

Well maintained facility, large variety of programs and equipment, and a staff that ties it all togeather for a tremendous experience that makes you want to "keep coming back for more".

Super clean, very kind and helpful staff, always towels available, spa, sauna, showers...they have you covered!

For the dollar amount to use this gym, machines are always broken and nothing should be broken for weeks and months. Dues are to high.

Great club, I'd give it a 5 but the free weight area needs a redo... not enough free weights and can be crowded at times

WOW!!! Now that is a gym. Country club feel. An awesome place to go for a family play day or kiddie party. Need a good workout- Go!!

Amazing club with awesome classes and the pools and tennis courts are top of the line. Their Spa is such a hidden gem also. Reasonably priced for luxury. Love this place.

Place is great but there should be a policy on guys who walk aroumd butt naked in the mens locker rooms. Its freaking gross especially when younger kids are present.

A while back my boss got me a couples massage for the spa at Diamond Hills. I must say, it is the best massage I have ever had. The staff is very professional and the whole atmosphere is very nice. They are a little pricey, but it is so worth it. I am now promising myself I will go there once a month as a reward for working so hard.

The gym is clean they keep everything clean and the staff is very friendly

I have been a member for a few years now and the staff has always been great, however the reason I only give it 3 stars is because it really needs to update the equipment. I have visited other gyms in the area and they all have more updated workout equipment. For the price we pay we deserve more. that would make it 5 stars for me.

Poor service it takes a month to resolve small matters and keeps delaying, like steam room in mens locker room..

A great place for families! We first joined in the Summer because we wanted start being more active and the pool was awesome. It has almost been a year now and we are totally hooked. The kids club is fantastic, the classes are always high energy and the facilities are clean. It is more expensive than some other options, but our lives have been changed by this place. It has been worth the investment, for sure.
