To much time for loading and over in trailer axle
I am check 12:45pm check out 5:46pm

Very very bad shipping even No truck for 2 skids they take more then 2 to 3 hrs
Never wants to come again

Very very bad experience stayed there to pick load for 11.45 hours.donot tell u anything when they will load.

Not to bad they gave me a door before my appointment time and took a lunch I have just 10 pallets to pick up but seems like nobody cares about e logbooks

Two hours loading and 4 hours waiting on paperwork at front office those two ladies has no idea how important waiting time is drivers if you go there request for your retention cash cause you will wait a while for paperwork

Not bad. Was the only truck there, and it still took about 2 hours. Just stay on top of the office for your paperwork. The loaders put the paperwork in a box, and the office girls don t pay attention to the box. So you ll never get your paperwork if if you just sit in your truck. Otherwise, everybody was really friendly, and it s an easy place to get to. You can park on the street overnight if you want. There s just nothing around for food or bathrooms.

It's the blind leading the the blind here! They are unorganized and lie to driver's. Arrived 20 minutes early. Waited for 7 hours. Then went in and they said ,"O we talk to the broker." Umm no you did not cause we just hung up! Can you move to a different door they moved your freight. Then waited another hour for the dock plate. They are NOT using the dock lights! You may get a pallet every 30 minute's or more. Which means we'll be here all day and night. This is ridiculousness. Never hauling for them again EVER! I have the right to refuse there for we will!

Driver BEWARE! Keep track of your detention time. Your minimum wait time is 5 hours. If your load is not ready your paperwork may. If your load is ready your paperwork will not be. Watch the loader may not be following safety procedures as close as drivers. They maybe nice to your face while lieing through there teeth. The only thing moving in a hurry are the red cab overs getting loaded. OTR freight is at a snail's pace. You will sit wait and sit some more while your clock is eaten up. Professional is NOT a word I would associate with this company. We will no longer haul for this establishment again.
