Tony and his guy were great. If you want a service done right hire Diamond. They are thorough and no what they are doing. They installed a fan and checked some of my light fixtures and outlets. I like the fact that they showed me the issue and gave me solutions how to fix it instead of just quoting me a price. The only reason it is not 5 stars is that hey are little Pricey. However, I can justify the money spent because you pay for what you get. And you get a really good service with guys that know what they are doing. Will definitely be hiring gain when I need something. It is always good to have a trustworthy electrician who doesn't B.S. you about what needs to be done and does it right the first time around. Even better I spoke with Tony about my pool installation back in January about installing the electrical for it. He said no problem and to let him know when it gets closer. He filled my permits out immediately and told me what he was gonna do. Even better than I wanted. He explained what could be done. I have used him before so trust him. Low and behold he called me just recently to ask about install date just to check in which is a comfort to know he kept us in mind as the weather gets better and install gets closer.. Thanks Tony.

When we first decided that our house needed an interlock system to hook up our portable generator we attempted to contact several local electricians for estimates. Oddly enough not many of the electricians I attempted to contact neither picked up the phone or even called me back after leaving a message. Tony on the other hand immediately picked up phone call and walked me through what he needed to be able to give us an estimate for the work. Also, he was prompt in delivering an estimate which by the way was very reasonable! I did receive quotes from other local electricians and I felt that Diamond Electric was the most reasonable.
What ultimately made us go with Diamond Electric was that Tony took into consideration our safety concerns. We live with someone who falls into the "high risk" category as it pertains to COVID and we asked about Diamond Electric safety considering the virus. Tony took that into consideration and indicated that he and his crew would follow recommended protocol for safety, which they did. I had a similar ask of the other electrician that we had out to scope the work and our concerns were brushed off without commitment to safety. That was a showstopper for us.
As far as the actual project itself, Tony was super punctual showing up 10 minutes earlier than we had agreed and ready to start work. He also worked around our schedule and accommodated as best he could. The work itself was done swiftly and clean. He walked us through how to work the interlock system as well as fully tested the connection with our generator.
After the fact I noticed what I thought was a mistake in the work (ultimately I was wrong). We needed some rewiring on an external outlet and porch light, and I thought that the porch light was left without power. After bringing this to his attention, Tony immediately came back to our house the next day and validated that all power was still up and running. He came back promptly and didn't even worry about additional charge for coming back.
All in all we were impressed with Tony's professionalism, responsiveness, consideration of our safety concerns, and frankly accurate and good work. Diamond Electric is now firmly etched into my contacts and I will absolutely use them going forward for any electrical work in the future. I highly recommend Tony and Diamond Electric!

Tony fixed what was a nightmare of a job done by a previous company. I highly recommend him for any electrical job. He was knowledgeable and patient.
Have used Tony 4 times (maybe 5) at my house and once for my business. He is punctual, thorough, courteous and neat. I recommend him highly.
During the fall of 2020, we called Diamond Electrical Services due to one of our breakers in our electrical box not working. Tony gave us a price over the phone and asked us to send a photo of the box. Tony arrived and diagnosed the problem. There was rust in a few breakers within our electrical box due to water leakage from a conduit on the exterior of the house that led into the box. Tony replaced the breakers and within a few days provided a quote for the replacement of the box and conduit as we requested. We found the price to be reasonable and scheduled the work. Due to my wife and I both working from home Monday through Friday, Tony scheduled the work for a Saturday. We were very happy with the work and felt Diamond went above the call of duty by replacing two outlets in the vicinity of the replaced box.
After that work was completed, we had Tony come back to discuss the electrical situation in our basement. We had recently removed the drop ceiling and found a nightmare of lighting, wiring, and junction boxes that appeared unprofessional installed. Tony made recommendations for what we were requesting and later sent us a professional quote as before. Once again, we found the quote to be reasonable and schedule the work. The work was scheduled for 3/6/21. Tony and Helper came on time and performed the work within half a day. The end result was a night and day comparison. We were very happy to finally have gotten this done and to of found an electrician that we can trust.
We plan to contact Tony for future jobs and will highly recommend him to others.
