Great hotel and great service. For a few euros more there are also private beach chairs.

Very dignified and quiet ambience - which is undoubtedly also on the "adult only".
Very polite and friendly staff - the hotel area leaves nothing to be desired and presented in very good condition.

Buffet: rich and delicious and varied.

All in all a highly recommended and exclusive hotel for relaxing and quiet days.

Only criticism is for all inclusive - spoiled possibly the fact that drinks are not included and except at breakfast extra to be paid. The price for a bottle of sparkling water is here at 6, - EUR.
During the day, the hotel offers a mini market, which also offers drinks at normal prices.

Fabulous degree of service and comfort. Huge pool, never too busy. Lots of sunbeds, as many towels as you need! Great gym, well equipped. Food excellent. Just a pity it's not nearer Kos town, but good and cheap bus service from right outside hotel. 2 each way.

Clean, nice staff, good bus connection to the city center. Dinner buffet has a good selection, but overall is rather average. Pool is definitely refreshing in the summer, in mid-October, however, a bit warmer water would be pleasant

For us one of the best hotels on Kos. The 5 * has more than earned it. The buffet dinner is gigantic. Very large selection of different food and mostly a theme day. There is something for everyone. The pools are exceptional by their size. Beach chairs and umbrellas are sufficiently available. Since it is a pure adult hotel is very quiet and orderly. The drink prices are very demanding. But there is a small supermarket in the hotel. The hotel has access to the sea via a road. Also on the beach there are enough beach chairs and umbrellas.

It's the most beautiful hotel the staff are amazing nothing is to much trouble. The food is wonderful i just can't fault this hotel at all it's just totally amazing.

Paths made of glass plates are not harmless, you can slide your foot between glass plate and wall !!!

A verry almost extremely friendly staff, starting with the reception they're serving you a nice refreshing drink when they are finishing the paperwork. The rooms are excellent clean, nice bathroom with luxurious shower ,free drinking water everyday. Excellent breakfast and dining buffet also verry friendly staff. Even the workers from the garden are verry friendly. If you're going to Kos then I can recommend you this verry friendly hotel

Wonderful hotel for adults only. A little out of town but that's a definite plus, a regular bus service from outside hotel into town or 9 taxi. A great place to relax and unwind. Not for those looking for nightlife. Beach is a little rustic but provides beds, parasol a cabanas and drinks can be ordered and delivered to you while you bathe. Well worth a visit but sort out any late check out beforehand as they charge 90 even for a few hours to keep your room which was disappointing

I cannot adequately describe how good other than I've been back 3 times great seeing the same faces how such a professional 5 star establishment still has a sense of family ownership.Many times I've stayed in hotels with big expectations and left wondering what was so great Not here you will not regret.
Awesome starting point on doing a track back to Athens with Kos seriously only a swim Way from the Turkish town of bodrum you can make your way Back to Athens with a vast selections of islands to experience. So I'd recommend a flight to Kos(diamond deluxe) and make your way back stopping at islands like Santorini Paros along the way.

The top rooms have there own pool and over looks the sea which is wonderful, but are next to the road, very poor design. Not good news if you are a light sleeper and you don't love traffic noise.

Very nice hotel to endspannen, we were 8 days here with half board the food was great and we will definitely be back! LG from Berlin

We booked at this hotel for my Spouse's 30th birthday in mid August. The whole "moment of truth" excedeed our expectations! The FO team are were great all the time, the room was better than we have ever imagined - very well cleaned, HSK laddies are very kind and so were the restaurant staff (i would like to highlight Nikolos here), the lady from the hotel mini market (the shop beside the pool) and the Wellnes laddies.
The beach is well taken care of and is just across the street (barely 2 mins walk from your room), you get cleaned towels from the reception anytime you ask and you can also ask for drinks in the beach.

To finnish i would like to thank Ms. Lambropoulou for arranging all special requests and all the attention and effort she has put into us.
You all have made this experience unforgetable!
Count on us again next summer.

Staff totally unfriendly! Expensive! Beach is a joke!

I couldn't fault this place. The food was amazing and the staff so incredibly helpful and friendly. Gorgeous environment and excellent service from beginning to end. Highly recommended.

I (28) was in Diamond Deluxe with my girlfriend last week. The hotel is in all very well maintained nice hotel, had a swim up room which I can recommend to anyone. The room was very nice except for a few cobwebs and a mantis on arrival who was sitting at a closet clean. You really had your peace, no loud music during the day. The food was not so large, but the quality of the food was great. Let's come to the things that bothered me a bit: at breakfast I missed the selection of cold cuts and salami was almost always off. For breakfast you could appear as you wanted, whereas for dinner was a long pants for men duty. Without this, the partner was allowed to get a meal and you have to eat on a side terrace, as we could see. This point is not at all I personally think. We had the misfortune that just before our room the maid almost every morning break and you were awakened by loud Greek. Add to that the nice lady on the last day of the departure at once started to speak fluently with us German instead of English as the whole days before, where I was a bit foolish ago. The prices in the hotel were very exaggerated as an example, a small coke 0.25 cost 4.80 euros. My conclusion: All in all a nice holiday but I think I will not book this hotel again.

Service and rum rum absolutely top or expectation compliant, beach to the hotel but would have to be redesigned, drink prices too high and therefore too little drunk in bar. Pool was too cold or colder than sea

nice, style hotel, friendly staff. The Deluxe Suites with private pool are located on the busy street so the noise level and exhaust smell was very disturbing. At the common pool the beach chairs are very close together. We also found the plastic chairs uncomfortable, here you could have come up with something more comfortable. The buffets were, both morning and evening, without complaint ..... Good quality and sufficient choice. We rented bicycles and were so in ten minutes in the old town, the bus runs too rarely. In addition, we were able to provide drinks at any time in the supermarket as they are very expensive in the hotel. I would like to highlight the friendliness of the service staff

God Awful ! Stay well clear of this place !
Where shall I begin it states it a 5 star Hotel when in fact its a 3 star hotel with 2 extra stars on it.

-A/C did not work
-TV channels did not work and or only tuned to German stations
-Wifi did not work they rebooted the router 10 times when I was their but to no avail.

Charging 10 Euros to use a sauna as its part of the spa for 30 minutes is very cheeky !

Service is non existent however 5 women wearing red dresses look good and smile when you walk through the door (pointless).

Spoke to the manager who was useless as well, and when I asked for any form of conpensation based on the above issues as a gesture of good will I was given a smile and a No !

My fiancee had forgotten her bathing suit and I had gone to reception to ask if their was any place nearby to buy one and was instructed to go i to Kos Town by one of the women wearing a red dress ( i know how to go into town thank you very much as its just stating the obvious).

In the end we walked 500 meters down the road to come across a boutique hotel called White Pearls .

We decided to have a beer their and spoke with the manager who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He knew of a shop that sells bathing suits literally down the road and was happy to take 2 minutes out of his day to drive us their. We then were shown yhe rooms andfell in love with this place :)

In the end I checked out one day early and lost 100 euros, and decided to check into the White Pearls boutique hotel which was so amazing and romantic for both me and my fiancee.

In life its people skills that matter.

Polishing a turd and sprinkling glitter on it still does not deter the fact that its a turd !!

Good Luck to Anyone that Stays in the Diamond Deluxe Hotel, and please for your own sanity and holiday hapiness stay in the White Pearls Hotel.

Great hotel, culinary top, very well maintained, staff extremely friendly

We were there for the second time this year, because the hotel is addictive. Great food, private beach and very very nice staff from the receptionist to the cleaning lady. Everyone is having a little chat and you learn a lot about the country and its people. You can dine outdoors on a terrace from where you can enjoy the pool area. Also great is the pool bar where in the evening often live music or a DJ. Highly recommended is also the additional restaurant, in which a well-known chef in Greece conjures up absolute delicacies. Try the mushroom risotto with white chocolate - a poem !!!

Very nice large pool area, good food, nice staff. Very recommendable for people who want to enjoy their holidays without childrens screaming.

A very nice hotel. For people looking for peace and a well-kept environment appreciate. There is no scramble for the beach chairs at the pool. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious. Two points that are a bit negative: the beach could be a bit more well maintained (private beach) and the prices at the pool bar for soft drinks and local ales are just too high.

Beautiful complex, great service, cold pool. No, I mean real cold. Cold enough to mention it. Seriously.

Huge contrast between the lovely Island and a totally garbage hotel!! the place where you are charged 40 eur due to breaking only a plate in the bathroom accidentally dated late October 2017.

Super nice, super nice. Suitable for couples holidays. Top rooms right by the pool. Small downside: freshly cut fruit, for example melon, the food was really missing.

Great hotel with very nice staff and very good food.

Attention! This hotel is closed even if it claims to be open. I have attached pictures for proof. Imagine you're going on vacation, arriving at the hotel and the main entrance is barricaded in front of you. The pools are empty and dirty. No one present. I received a travel confirmation two days in advance and everything seemed to be going as usual.

The hotel did not announce the closure on Google, Instagram or other channels. Put the money in your own pocket and let the hotel guest wither away. I have awarded a star for this brilliant achievement.

Was there a week ago, very relaxing, great pool, great rooms, great food, very competent staff ...... always happy
