If I could put zero stars I would. An arrogance when serving the customer and an inefficiency that even I doubt that they are really interested in making sales to the public. The woman at the counter is the heaviest and most inefficient I have ever met. I went to quote large format printers as I was interested in buying two for my company. The shop assistant was not able to give me any useful information. He had arranged to mail me information, but he never sent it to me. I wrote to him a couple of times reminding him to do it (me, customer, insisting the seller), but I got no response. Clearly bought elsewhere.
In later opportunities I have gone to buy inks because I believed that the prices were competitive, but the ineptitude, inefficiency and I repeat, the arrogance in the attention has led me to look for a new supplier. The last time I tried to buy inks, I called to order them as they were out of stock. "In a week they will be" they told me. For three weeks I was calling and writing emails asking about my order. I have even called to speak to a manager to make a complaint about it. I never received a response from any mail and by phone, just excuses. Now I order my cartridges online, I buy them much cheaper, they send them to my home in 24 hours and I don't have to deal with people like this.
Honestly, I don't recommend ANYONE to work with this company. If you want ink suppliers, there are many on the market that are interested in their customers and are willing to work to help you.

Power in service for being HP Partners. Misinformation, slowness, lousy service. Absolutely square, they do not deviate from their guidelines no matter how absurd they are on time to give you a better deal. To buy a cable ... a sad cable, three weeks, very expensive and now they make me wait days to give me a bill that I already have paid.
