DHL Latvia Review

Worst service ever. Seriously. I would put 0 if i could.
I will never use DHL service and i regret that i even worked with them.

Parcel has arrived to DHL warehouse a week before. Not only they haven't delivered it yet, they couldn't find it in their system until I've provided all tracking info from Polish DHL webpage (sender's country), which shows it has arrived to Latvian DHL a week ago. Customer service registered my complaint, promised to call back within same day and... nothing.
Their "business partner" Itella is supposed to deliver the parcel, long time known worst delivery company. Bravo DHL Latvia! You've just ruined a name of DHL here.

Very unfriendly and unpolite staff. Especially Arturs Valdmanis. He is disgrace of the company. Would recommend to fire him. DHL just lost its business customer.

And why should they be good delivery? I made an order for bike24, the parcel was divided into 2 parts. One from Germany was carried by DPD and the other by DHL.
DPD brought DHL in 2 days after 7 days in Germany. The previous DHL parcel from Germany took 15-16 days to arrive, and I'll get there by bike faster.
Why UPS is delivered from England or Holland in 2-5 days? Therefore, in my opinion, DHL is a trash heap.

DHL Latvia employees are not in a hurry, the slowness exceeds any limits. The package leaves Hong Kong on February 3, but it is already in Latvia on the morning of February 5, so the journey takes 2 and a half days. Unfortunately, I already pay taxes in the online store, so DHL has to do the customs clearance. On February 5, in the first half of the day, the DHL lady asks to send the necessary information, I will send all the necessary information within 20 minutes. On the same Friday no progress, look forward to Saturday and Sunday. Monday, February 8, Tuesday, February 9, the status does not change - it is still customs cleared and cannot be cleared through customs. On Wednesday, February 10, waiting for the mayor is full, call DHL, your miracle, in 10 minutes, I receive an email from the same Friday lady that CUSTOMS STARTED! It took 3 business days and two holidays, and only after the call STARTED THE CLEARANCE PROCESS. The question is, what was this lady doing all the time? And it took a magical 5 minutes when the customs clearance process was just done !!! The 5-minute process takes 3 working days and two holidays for DHL employees if you call and are interested. If you don't call, you can still wait! BEAUTIFUL NEVIS EXCELLENCE. SIMPLY DELIVERED!

I use DHL because I think there will be quality um fast service, but I will be disappointed. LV arrived quite quickly, but LV slowed down. Secondly, it turns out that they hand over the package to the Latvian Post Express Post, but all this turned out to be like a regular post office. I called DHL three times as I think no one called back and didn't even apologize expensive service for poor quality

I was informed that my package was destroyed because I didn't answer the phone. I will not receive a package about which I have paid 58 euros.

Unfortunately, LV packs are handed over by Itella and this means that the packs will never be delivered normally.

Thank you very much dear DHL! You delivered my package to California, from Riga, in 49.5 hours with lightning speed! It's incredibly fast! The birthday boy received the gift on time! Thank you :)))

Keeping my package for two weeks, there are legal goods from China (mobile phone screens). When I m asking are you really dhl express or express is just a miss leading information? They are saying: what do you mean?
There are much better companies that you can use who are really doing their job - delivering goods as express company should do!
