Was very easy to find and the guys in there were very cooperative... For a moment, felt like a movie scene being shot in there ( as there were too many beautiful girls around) and then this happened : the reality came up!

If there's 0 star i will give it 0. In the tracking said the item got rescheduled due to no one is at home. I was at home the entire time. Very bad delivery man. Not even a knock on my door. Lazy guy doesn't deserve a job.
Really bad. The opening time is up to them. Not even follow the opening time. At first i've been inform to be open at 1030. Then they told me after lunch time.
Worst service ever due to social distancing I'm asked to park my car 100m away and walk through an empty car park to then be asked to wait outside an empty lobby under the sun for 15 minutes. I gave up at this point. Avoid DHL Cyberjaya until they can sort out how to social distance in a sensible way.
I send document to Saudi here. Very good receptionist and service. But of course with high price. The document has arrived safely in two days only. Excellent !
During covid entry is closed here, you have to wait at the guard house/gate and communicate via phone. Very inconvenient but the person sitting inside was nice enough to communicate well through the phone, even met outside. 4 star only for that service lady's attitude. Otherwise would score lower.
Worst customer service at the courier counter!! Not helping and rude with customer. Won't go and not recommend anyone to go there. Either change their attitude or just hire another person.
The receptionist is very professional in her job. Speak fluent English . Manage to send my documents to Canada and it reach Canada as time frame stated by this Malay lady. She guided me the way to track my documents. Indeed, this lady is a big bonus to the company.
This is a good place... However, administration staff could use a little bit of training in terms of customer satisfaction.... But all in all, it was worth the trip and might come again some day in the near future..... Looking forward to see improvements taking place

Receptionist taking the consignments is very rude. Her tone of voice is like she is dealing with a child. Also, I could not send my item as she says Ara Damansara with the postcode 47301 doesn't exist in the system! Because of COVID-19, I had to hand over the item at the gate and communicate with the service agent by phone. They take their time and it was a hot and sweaty affair! Should at least provide a fan at the gate for customer's comfort. I finally left with the item, sending it instead with another courier company. How can you treat customers with such disdain in times like these?
