Very flexible and friendly building society with the best products in the area bisher so far

Unfortunately, I haven't had a good experience with this building society. Positive: Employees answer questions quickly.
Negative: Despite rulings by the regional court that no account management fees may be withheld by building societies in the savings phase and in the loan phase, this building society hairs up on account management fees and is therefore not interested in consumer protection. Questions are answered quickly, but only to those questions that are relevant to the personal interest of the building society. For example, the question of whether an application for the housing subsidy can be sent to me was not answered. The objection of a statute of limitations was also not discussed further. I would not recommend this building society to anyone.

I cannot recommend this company, unfortunately I cannot assign 0 stars. Customer service, in my experience, does not exist and mistakes are blamed on third parties. The customer is the one who suffers. In my opinion, nobody really needs such companies!

In an old building society contract, very rude behavior. It is not an increase, but a new contract is sent, where the amount has already been entered without consultation. Then you also have to make Postident with it, of course, only the cheap option, in which you have to wait for hours at the post office.

They offer several jobs: 'square meter man' ... 'IT button presser' ... and also the 'reverse letter course (BA)' ... You should get an additional convensional signature ... So that you don't get up to 67 ... there is advertising everywhere ... And the hag then has a scratch on his Porsche.

Called today for my deaf parents despite the present power of attorney from my parents, I did not get any information or if we just wanted to ask something after which I was forwarded 3 times and discussed for almost an hour, I was told unfriendly and in a very brisk tone that we were doing this mail received you do not want to give me any information on the phone unless my mother or my father would allow aes on the phone then i explained to the lady what deaf-mute and deaf people cannot and this is telephoning. Well, the contract is terminated anyway after you just had trouble and when you ask questions and apparently on the phone you are just treated unfriendly
