You don't find out when the delivery will take place and if you want more information, the employees are cheeky and provocative, and nobody there really has any idea what to do.
Telling 5 minutes in advance that 21 parcels are coming is far too early and more than rude.
You cannot make calls either, you wait 5 minutes in a loop until the call ends automatically.

You feel strange when you speak German as a driver.

None of the truck drivers of this company is able to keep the prescribed speed that applies in the approach road! Nobody in the company feels responsible and the drivers don't care anyway. There is always parking in an absolute no-stopping zone, if you speak to the driver, they react cheekily. I think that's where the little ghost is behind the wheel.
The company should be obliged to create parking space on their premises. If this is too small, moving to the surrounding area would be a dream!
Forwarding agents should be prohibited in the inner city area!

Maybe the company should remind its drivers about the StVO!

Efficient unloading. The empty pallet office is located on the 1st floor.

Palettes can be taken from 8am to 4pm, the pallet office is on the first floor, the lady in the window is very nice, unloading pallets without problems, quickly and efficiently, I recommend when it comes to returning pallets.

Respect for a professional approach, return of pallets, entry and exit 20 minutes. Nice and helpful people, and how every driver knows a rare phenomenon, best regards.
