I visited there for company purpose but the impact of the company employees is very great and Thier hospitality too. my visit helps me to learn new things there. The employees are very polite and master in their work, hope I will visit soon

Nice facility for staff,but not good in communication

Different types of evaporators are designed and fabricated here. Had visited this company for one of the equipment design solutions for separation process in our products. Nice hospitality by the staff. And good to know that even the tradition of having the lunch on the floor is followed here by every employee. Had a pleasant work atmosphere throughout my visit.

This is the industry and good place easy to get any time job availability for men's and women's both.

The company have a very good facility of manufacturing.
I had a big meeting thier and the Technology and technical knowledge of building machines are very good.
Meeting of the time line is good as well. Thier is a crew local Restaurant which all have lunch with the owners.
And I liked the helpfulness.
Only when we talk the technical details of the industry the are not fantastic. They build upon your request or as per the consultation you bring . Every body should choose carefully.
And they are flexible regarding the paper work and billing they are helping.

EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING

Technoforce has a 15000 m2 integrated manufacturing facility in India. The shops are audited under ASME U stamp , European PED CE- mark and EN 1090-2.

Stainless Steels, Hastalloys, Alloy 20, Duplex Steel, Titanium can be the materials of construction. Rotary Equipment like Thin Film Evaporators can be made up to 50m2 in size.

Finite Element Analysis

Finite element analysis (FEA) software is used for complex mechanical design situations.

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)

CFD software is used to simulate and analyse problems that involve fluid flows, heat and mass transfer.

SKID MOUNTED PLANTS

About 4000 m2 of shop space is dedicated for skids fabrication.

Skids have equipment, pumps, interconnecting process piping and field instrumentation mounted on a structural frame. The skids are pre-erected at our premises for factory acceptance testing (FAT) before dispatch.

Modular skid units can be sent to site in the assembled form. Thus they can be erected instantly at site in a matter of days. This turnkey supply of skids cuts down plant shutdown period and eliminates involvement of several agencies.

SKID DESIGN

Piping and structure modelling

3D modeling software working under document management system (DMS) is used for better revision control. A 3D walk through software is used for design reviews with clients. Use of Pipe Stress Analysis software ensures that the plant runs smoothly under operating conditions without any risks.

Structure analysis and design

Structural analysis software is used to design skid structures exposed to static, wind, earthquake and live loads to international standards.
