The first impression is a very comfortable, cozy place, with an excellent decoration and several swimming pools one of them with a jacuzzi. Very professional and attentive. The design of the pools makes you want to make a bath.

ABOUT THIS CASE THAT I DESCRIBED BELOW DAYS AGO AND I PLACED A SINGLE STAR, I HAVE TO SAY THAT IN THE END THE COMPANY PROFESSIONALLY ANSWERED THE PROBLEM AND PROVIDED ME THE FUSES FOR FREE. SO THEN I PASS IT FROM ONE TO 4 STARS. THEY HAVE BEARED SERIOUSLY.

Very good treatment by Nuria who attended me on March 17, 2021 but nefarious service for sale. I wanted a fuse for the pool that was installed 4 years ago and it is all trouble. They have a monopoly on spare parts. Nowhere in Gerona do I find a fuse .. A simple fuse !!!! . It's a shame but I don't recommend it at all. The pool is fine at the moment but you always have to go and find all the spare parts for them ... This if they want to sell them to you of course ... I asked for this simple fuse that I can't find in Gerona 12 days ago .. after claiming I went yesterday to look for it and they gave me one that does not work. Really, if you want a good pool but with good technical service, I don't recommend going to this place. They do not answer . What angers me the most is that after what happened, no one from the company deigns to call me. Painful. Really . What I also see as inadmissible is that, knowing I particularly the problem I have (it is only to change a simple fuse in principle) they say that a technician has to come to look at it, charging travel and labor.
